Despite being in a high traffic area, the windows do an amazing job blocking most of the noise. The room was spacious and comfortable. But what really set this place apart was the hotel staff! They went out of their way to help us — from restaurant recommendations to directions, they even helped us coordinate transportation to the train (which doesn’t seem like a big deal, but when you find yourself in the middle of the Festival of Sao Joao at midnight and realize you might still struggle to get an uber a 8am, they helped us pre-book transportation amidst the wild celebrations across the city). "

"My stay at S. Bento was excellent. Here are my highlights and lowlights- Pro: Location! This is a perfect location. You can walk around everywhere and take a break at the hotel if needed. House maintenance is really good. Excellent service. Friendly staff. The hotel has modern and beautiful decoration and design. Loft look hotel. Con: Noise from outside (Fully understandable since this is located at the busiest street.) It is a bit dark without natural light. This can be improved by adding more lighting. "

The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful with places to go and suggestions for the amount of time we had to explore. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. I certainly would stay here again. Our rental car was safely parked in the garage as well. "
