The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent — just steps from Istiklal Street and the metro, so it's very easy to get around the city.
A great bonus was the hotel’s wine cellar, offering a nice selection of Turkish wines to taste.
Overall, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return....

"Outstanding historical hotel. A must see even if you aren’t staying in the hotel, the historic lobby is so unique. One of the best breakfasts in the city, but don’t limit yourself to the hotel breakfast only since there are so many wonderful breakfast, lunch and dinner places around. The hotel staff were efficient and polite and just very professional. Loved our stay and strongly recommend over some of the more modern hotels if you want to experience Istanbul culture and history. The breakfast was nice and there is even a little roof top were you can sit and sip a tea :) We had some trouble with the Wi-Fi but the staff immediately talked to a technician to solve the problem.
