I love the traditional Balinese style of this hotel. It’s right on the beach, there is a day spa on site, swim up large pool bar, 3 mini marts across the road, fabulous Warung, honest money changer and laundromat who provides same day service. Staff are all lovely!!

Staff are wonderful. So friendly and very helpful and kind. Rooms are basic (the room i stayed in), but they are clean, comfortable and the beds were comfy. Good movie channels for hung over or rainy days. Swim up bar is great, the pool is large, and deep. The spa was wonderful and very reasonably priced. Restaurant was ok for free breakky. Location is great. Right on the beach just behind La Plancha and a 5 minutes walk from Mrs Sippy sunset bar amongst others.

Great accomodation close to the beach with lots of activity options nearby. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Only downside I had was that tap water is salty and unpleasant when cleaning teeth or washing your mouth.

My second stay, loved our break. Twin delux was a great size, comfy beds and when I requested a ground floor room because I was travelling with my elderly mother they accommodated our request. Everyone is always so lovely and best service.

Incredible staff. I got very, very sick, they went over and above helping me, even giving me a temporary room whilst waiting for my airport transfer after checkout. The place was great, but this is the kind of thing you need when travelling solo, can't recommend the place and people enough

Great hotel in a great location! Really enjoyed our stay and would visit again. The property is old and could use a little maintenance but it was very clean and we had no issues. We stayed in a deluxe chalet and it was so spacious and comfortable. Pool was awesome, so much room for everyone and pool bar staff were great :)

Negatives Everything is old and dated. Bed was hard and uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. Shower curtain had mould all over it shower was terrible. Don’t use the laundry services as it is 4 times what the cost should be Breakfast was sub par. No service around the pool. Food was not good at the restaurant Positives Massage was good and reasonable priced. Cocktails from the pool bar were good and reasonable priced.

We had an okay stay. The room itself was clean and fine and the location is good, close to the beach. The outside of the hotel and the grounds look good however the inside corridors look poor. Old mattresses were stored in the corridors and looked awful. The breakfast was not great as we are vegan and there is no choice apart from fruit. The breakfast items are not labelled for dietaries at all , so we went elsewhere for the remaining days. The staff are nice however so for the price we cant complain too much.

The service from staff was amazing, going above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great experience. The shared facilities such as the pool and dining areas were always clean and tidy, with enough room even on busy days. The only downside was the cleanliness of the room itself (the bathroom floor looked and felt like it had never been mopped) and the comfort of the bed, which was rock solid and felt like sleeping on the floor with a thin blanket. We stayed in a garden view room, while other friends who stayed in a poolside villa did not experience these issues.

We thought that the facilities were shabby around the pool area, the table by the pool was very unstable, the toilet was disgusting, unclean and no toilet paper. Our room was very tired and there was water on the floor near the toilet. We asked to be moved which was good as the room was we moved to was much nicer. The staff were wonderful , very helpful and cheerful.
