I don’t often leave reviews, but I really thought it would be helpful if I mentioned that this place is clean and totally fine. But I did have to sleep with earplugs. It was pretty loud lots of mufflers of mopeds accelerating all night and honking. Bring earplugs!

This property had rats. We had a rats nest with 2 dead rats downstairs. There were also rats in the bedroom. We had rat poop on the bed. The downstairs flooded during the rain and was so slippery it was unsafe to walk on. You could hear traffic noise 24 hours a day. There is no staff or reception at the property. If you need anything you must walk down the street to its sister hotel. We checked out 2 days early on Christmas Day. The manager refused to refund us. I told him it had rats which he new because his staff cleaned up the rats nest but he did not care. I told him we had rats on the bed. He doesn’t care. I told him it was Christmas he didn’t care. I had expedia call him, he hung up on Expedia. When Expedia called him back he had blocked there number. Worst Rat infested hotel ever. DO NOT STAY HERE

Pak Made is a wonderful host and has an amazing team to work with him. They are completely genuine, always willing to help, ensures your trip is smooth and comfortable. This is my second time here and I will definitely go back again whenever I am in Seminyak Bali. The villa itself has nice touches, complete amneties, super clean inside out, with simple yet delicious breakfast which even a 5-star hotel isn't able to fulfill most of the time.

Exceeded expectations

A different concept to spread over two storeys, which gives it a very spacious feel. The only possible downside is that you need to lift your luggage to the second level, but that should be a minor issue. You have your own kitchen and sitting area at the lower floor.

Extremely good value for money. you have a very well furnished apartment on two floors just for yourself. Very quiet neighborhood. Breakfast is simple but good. I recommend this place
