The hotel was just okay for my experience. It was out of the way of the major attraction area by about 7 kms. The room was satisfactory; however, the hotel cleaning staff needs assistance on how to clean a room.

Quiet and comfy hotel
The hotel met more than my expectation. It was found just my pure search on Expedia, after just looking for the hotel in golf course. The remotely located hotel from busy downtown really helped me to relax during our stay. Also I was pleased by very-well trained golf staff. Only drawback I could say was there are not many restaurants nearby hotel so we had to go out by taxi, which was not bad, it is just about 10-15 min distance. I wouldn't mind staying again definitely. One thing you may need to consider that The free hotel breakfast has american one though, but if you don't eat Korean dishes for lunch or dinner, you may need to go out - golf course has a restaurant but it offers only Korean foods. Still overall, it was excellent. I felt very comfortable and was able to enjoy some serenity.

Quiet and cozy hotel, but....
It was very spacious and cozy hotel for my family stay. But staff was the worst that I've experienced. They didn't care about guests' requests or something like that. Outdoor pool is not good for swimming because water is too cold to swim even if it is in the middle of the summer. That's why I couldn't find any review on swimming pool of the hotel before. But the hotel itself is a great place to feel nature in the forest.

Neat and Clean Hotel
Hotel is located at very quiet area. Near Teddy Bear Museum and World Automobile Museum. Room is pretty spacious and very clean. With light block curtain, we had really good sleep after long day. We didn't include breakfast so we ate at the outside of the hotel after we check out. Didn't have the coffee!!!!!!. They should put disposable slippers. I didn't want to wear slipper that other people wore.

My family stayed for three days and two nights. It was awesome. Breakfast, seaweed soup was so delicious. Even though outdoor pool was small, it was clean and staff was kind. View from room was wonderful and the location was good too. I want to stay again when I visit Jeju.

They tried to collect a deposit for extra keys, which I have never seen before, the amenities are a little scarce and the shower booths is not drain well. Otherwise, the room was clean and comfortable.

Wonderful Place for a Relaxing Trip
This hotel is nice and quiet, which is located just 30-45mins drive from the airport, but I only recommend this hotel for someone who can drive and going to rent a car over there. The parking lot is right in front of the hotel, but it was quite crowded during the weekend (I believe the reason is Korean people went there for the golf and spent a night). Anyway, I didn't talk much to the staff, but they are good enough for a fast check-in / out. The room is really nice (I stayed in Deluxe Twin Room), it is spacious and clean. And also the bathroom, it is great and it has a big bath tub inside. Among all the good things, My friend and I just love the beds over there, they are so comfortable! And I think it is important to have some great sleep during a vacation, so I would say this hotel is one of my favorite. P.S. Teddy bears are everywhere, they are lovely and makes you feel like you live in the Teddy Bear Museum.

Poor staff support, Dirty room supplies.
The staff support is lacking and not acceptable in this hotel. When checking in there was only one staff at the counter and she even made an error of not providing breakfast coupons when they should be included in my booking. The room was spacious and clean. However, the hotel has a "environmental friendly" policy. The shower gel, shampoo, after shave cream were all used by previous residents and left there. The slippers were old and dirty. The fridge was not cold at all. What made me most disappointed was that my premier suite was supposed ti be equipped with a jacuzzi, but I was told by a notice near the bathtub that it does not work, stating that "it cannot be used for the good of my safety and comfort". All these make my stay so disappointing. It seems like a scam and is completely different from what you see from the pictures on their website.

We only stay one night, unfortunately we arrived late and check out early, did not take full enjoyment out of the hotel, Hotel staff are very very nice and friendly, will definitely come back again.

Review on 5D4N stay
Room was clean and comfy though out of the way. Glad that we had a car to travel around. There's no shop nearby at all. Understandable as this is a golf resort. The staff was not very flexible. We were given 2 breakfast vouchers for the room (though we only utilized for 2 days). On 1 of the days, we ordered 3 sets of breakfast as we have 2 children. But the staff just charged us for 2 additional sets as they saw 4 of us. We did not realise as we were rushing to check out of hotel.

Hotel Teddy Valley
The staff, though not entirely fluent in English, were all courteous and nice. Our room was spacious. The shower drain and toilet goes down kind of show. The shower gel provided was not brand new but out of a bottle with pump. I think the room size made up for the lackings in the wash room. Overall, a great price for the stay.

Good facilities in an island
It was a good experience to stay at Teddy Valley hotel. Room is bigger than the other hotel, the bath is a good size, and the breakfast is excellent. However, the hotel is more or like a golf resortel. There is nothing near the hotel but a golf course. If you do no thave a car, it is a remote island, you cannot actually find out a place for fun (day or night) nearby.

Great hotel with a couple small flaws
We stayed in the 2 room suite. It was very spacious, and comfortable, other than the rock hard beds -- but that is EVERYWHERE in korea, so I can't blame Teddy Valley. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, nice, and helpful (in all but one occasion which I'll go into detail on). The hotel is in a really beautiful area, and the breakfast is good (I liked the seafood rice porridge). My only gripe was that midway through our 7 day stay, our refrigerator stopped working. The freezer stopped freezing, it defrosted ice all over the food we had in the fridge, and melted our ice cream treats. From then on it would not even keep water cold consistently. I told the hotel staff about it, and they said they would look at it. When we came back they responded that it's working OK, but I just can't keep ice cream in it anymore. I felt like that was a really poor response, and it really bothered me that they didn't swap the (mini) fridge out, or at least make more of an effort. This was the only down side of our trip, otherwise it was a great place. In Particular "JJ" was VERY friendly, and was great and helpful (he wasn't the one that told us we shouldn't expect the refrigerator to work anymore).

Comfy beds! Amazing meal! value for money!
We stayed at Hotel Teddy Valley in Jeju. It was a very good choice for us to stay there! We feel lucky to have found it! Room was super clean and private, bright and spacious. Wifi worked well. AC worked well. There was a small freezer. The bed was big enough and cozy. I liked the bathing space the most. Hot water for shower was never an issue. Everything was beyond our expectations. Staff of Teddy Valley was there for anything we needed to ask. All staff made us feels very welcomed and responded to our inquiries promptly. Every staff was hospitable, and they could speak English and Chinese very well. Especially Ms. Teddy was very welcoming. She was always avaliable to answer for all my questions. Ms. Teddy recommended to us dinner menu “Soy bean paste stew with Seafood”. So we ate the Soy bean paste stew with Seafood for dinner in the clubhouse, was really good! The restaurant area is very beautiful, overlooking the mountain. I can definitely say it was the most enjoyable dinner ever while travelling. It is in a prime location to all the area to explore. The area in which the Hotel Teddy Valley is situated about 10 minutes away from Jungmun centre. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place for anybody. Book here and you will be totally pleased!! We will surely want to stay here again.

A cozy and friendly experiences
Exceptional place ever!! We had great time at Hotel Teddy Valley in Jeju. This place is excellent value for money! Extremely happy with fresh air there!!! All of the furnishing utensils were of a very high standard. The bedding and pillows were particularly comfortable. The room is nicely simple and clean with the balcony which has great views of the forest. Beautiful memory!! Every staff there was very welcoming. The staff were very friendly and attentive, and they do speak English. While we were having dinner at Club House, the Many thanks to friendly staff there, especially Ms. Teddy came to us and explained all the dishes we were eating. We ate the abalone short rib soup for dinner, was really delicious! It was the most memorable days in Jeju. The service was very nice and we were made to feel very welcome. Thanks to all staff for letting us have great time.

Affordable hotel near Jungmun area.
I absolutely can recommend this Hotel. My friend and I should not have spent too much time choosing the place. Hotel Teddy valley is way better than pictures comparing to other places. The room is very clean and spacious. All the good shops and restaurants are nearby. Many thanks to friendly staff there, especially Ms. Teddy!! who is the manager of Hotel Teddy Valley. She gave us perfect 1 night! And the dinner menu “The Beef with Mushroom” I ate was really delicious. I can not help forgetting the taste of it!! I was so pleased and satisfied. This is the place where you can lay back with peaceful atmosphere. Love it!!

Clean, comfortable, adorable hotel.
I loved staying in Hotel Teddy Valley. I was greeted by all staffs there. They were so helpful and showed all the in's -and out's of the hotel. The room was well equipped. Every staffs in this hotel could speak English and Chinese. They gave man to man service to us. It was fantastic experience. Breakfast was good enough. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it especially to couples and families. It's the place you need!

체크인 등 할때 너무 오래 걸리고 직원이 표정도 무표정에다가 친절하지 않았어요. 공사중이라 시끄러웠고 입구쪽에 큰 차량이 가로막고 있어 불편했구요. 조식도 예전같지 않았어요.

가족형으로는 최고인 숙소
전반적으로 쾌적하다가 맞는 표현인 숙소였네요! 욕조부터 퀸 침대 두개 널찍한 발코니 등등 2~ 3박하기에 훌륭한 룸 컨디션입니다.

좋아요 너무 깨꿋하고 조용하고 만족하는데 직원들이 별로에요 교육중인건지 어수선하고 컴플레인 대처도 별로여서 기분이 좀 나빴어요
