Conventiently located. Massage chair and laundry facililities at the 1st floor was great. The stay was good and clean. Could provide more hangers and clean up the cupboards as it has a musty smell.

The layout of the room, it was spacious and clean. Comfortable beds and excellent location. Easy to find restaurants nearby and we were able to hop on the tourist bus as it was near one of its route stop. The only dissatisfaction was the staff’s attitude towards us when we arrived.

Overall a nice property. The room was clean and nice. The only problem we had was that the main sheet for the main bed was torn upon arrival and that was a little sketchy. Check in was easy. Parking was fine. A but difficult to navigate if you don’t speak Korean fluently but still doable.

I booked 3 rooms. 1 room didn't have night stands. Another room had its bathroom sink not draining. The dining room was filthy. The property wad in serious disrepair.

Convenient to walk around on foot to shopping and food. The room was comfortable for 6 persons with good full length window view. Just required some minor details to check on, the tv remote weren’t working. Also it would be good to have some utensils in the little kitchenette for us to heat our food. As the carpark is down a slope, loading and off loading luggage is a bit of challenge to bring the luggage to the lobby if there are no young ones to help. On the whole the 3 nights stay was good.

Even less than "Meh"
My wife and I stayed here on a mid-week get-away from visiting relatives in Korea. The first indication that this would be a sub-par stay was the check-in kiosk (like a fast food restaurant) that was not working, so a clerk in the back had to check us in. The hallway to our room smelled like a mix of old fishing boat and urine. The room itself was was reasonably clean, but full of oddities. No bath-sized towels. There was no shelf in the shower, so the shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispenser bottles were on the bathroom counter. There was a substantial crease in the floor causing the center of the room to be about 4 inches lower than the door or window sides. The sliding door that would have given the bathroom area (not a room) more privacy was visibly glued in place. The side tables were at a perfect height to just block the outlets, but you could see where they were. The AC was centrally controlled and not turned on yet (late April), so we had to keep the windows open all of the time to keep it from becoming an oven in the south facing room. Then there is the breakfast... Jeju is known for oranges. No orange juice. The oranges they had were imported from California. Soupy scrambled eggs. Cold potatoes. Boiled little grey sausages. No real butter. A selection of half-assed Korean foods. Coffee was terrible. Not Korean, not western. Just an abomination of both. Look for a better hotel closer to the water or downtown area. This place was not worth the money I saved.

The size of the hotel room and location is overall quite good. Cleaniness was also passable. However, we were quite disappointed that the hotel did not have basic amenities such as cup and saucers/utensils in the room. The fridge was also not working when we first checked in (thus had a funny smell) but the front girl helped us with it. The front door lights were not working as well but the front girl told us nothing can be done about it.

Pillows too soft. Didnt replenish body wash and difnt clean the cups properly. Everyday had lipstick stain. Reception didnt help nor Allow taxi to Come to hotel door. We were 4 females with 6 bags and it was raining. Otherwise the rest was good. Great location, lots of food and quaint shops.

Huge humongous room. Free flow draft beer at night (it’s really good). Located strategically near famous cafe, affordable restaurants, BBQ place. Sufficient free parking lot available.

Good location with the proximity to Olle market and lots of eating options. Room is a little dated and not exceptionally clean. Bathroom glass door could not be shut properly. There was electrical kettle provided but no coffee/tea sachets provided. Like the room spaciousness with sofa and lots of tabletops to put things. Separate dresser works great with 2 gals travelling. Front desk and the parking assistants were all very friendly though they seemed challenged with English language.

its a 3.5 star hotel for a reason. its a run down place with bad service to start with and def not a good place for family as the room was quite dirty when we arrived. had a strong odor when we arrived in the hotel room. found an old pretz stick from who knows when and had to stop my 1yr old son from eating it. asked for extra pillow and they offered each at 5000won. price was dirt cheap and we found out the hard way. def wont be staying again.

Staff where excelldnt , if it get cold in there terms after6pm the aircon turns to heater mode for the while building this was not fun as it was so hot. There is a cju shop inside hotel veryvery handy and normal prices. The hotel itsefl is in a very good location but its a bit run down you can not use the hob in kitchen so no cooking not sure why advertise kitchen if you not allowed to use it , our toilet was leaky on floor in corner and the bathroom tap was looose. Room was very big with full size fridge so was handy and a feeezer Walls could do with a new paint job And note the aircon is all korean so i used translater app to use it properly and the tv all korean channels mostly but.my box constantly froze on me so i gave up looking. But would i stay here again and thats anyes if the prices where low enough to other hotels then yesn i would as it jas some issues but the staff where really good and helpfull

Large rooms, good location.
The large, bright double room had plenty of space and would be great for longer trips as well as an overnight stay. There was more storage than my apartment, with plenty of wardrobe and cupboard space. The sofa was comfortable and a great space to relax in. The staff had little English but were very friendly, car parking was easy and the location is great for walking around Seogwipo. The main negatives were that the curtains to the huge windows were not the greatest, meaning the light came through quite early. Also, the kitchen is unusable, the rules say you cannot bring in outside food, the stove is not hooked up, there are no plates/cutlery/mugs except 2 plastic cups. This did not ruin our stay, but as I know that I often book hotels such as this so that I can use the kitchen, it would be very inconvenient for some guests.

Its spacious, i stayed at room with mountain view ~ nice view, its the Hallasan :) There is also a convenience store in the hotel. Close to Seogwipo Maeil Olle Market ~ less than 10 minutes walking distance. But we are not allowed to use the kitchen stove.

Excellent stay, superb value
Excellent location, minutes to open market. Hotel design was modern, staff was friendly, room was clean and spacious. Parking was guided by a friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was not impressive, but it was complementary, not bad at all from that perspective. Overall superb value 5/5. Highly recommended!

They glued the sliding bathroom door so it couldn't close, even though the bathroom is right next to the bed. Didn't give us a reason for it and it made us uncomfortable.

The suite was nicely decorated and very well laid out with a full kitchen. However the one disappointing feature was that there were no dishes, pots, cutlery or mugs. When we asked the front desk for mugs they said no even though the hotel has a fully functioning restaurant that was not open while we were there.

The staff is very rude especially to foreigner. They allow local people to check in before 3 pm but insisted ya only allow to check in after 3pm. Also show that they are unhappiness we waiting at the lobby.

Big but a bit run down. Good deal overall.
Service at check-in and in the restaurant was fine. The building apparently used to be an apartment building which was turned into a hotel. This means the rooms are huge! Which is great! But, the hotel did not put much effort into redoing the rooms it appears. Scratches are all over the walls and floor. The bathroom sink was falling apart. The separate door to the toilet scratched on the floor, making a terrible noise. The blackout curtain did not work, and the sunlight shone directly onto the bed at 5:30 am. The bed was comfortable, but the TV was at the other end of the giant room, so it was hard to watch TV. For the price it is a good deal I suppose. If you like large rooms then its great. If you like to cook yourself its good as it has a small kitchen with a huge fridge. If you like sleeping in, maybe not so good. And if you want flawless room condition stay away. I wouldn't say its dirty perse, but the poor condition of the rooms makes it feel that way at times.
