Very pleasant stay, rooms and common areas were very clean and warm, all amenities included, shampoo conditioner body wash towel toothpaste hair dryer and iron etc. Breakfast was also very fulfilling, all you can eat eggs, toast, jam, peanut butter, Nutella and orange juice. Location is great, right in the middle of the shopping and food districts. No worries about the noise, because the immediate vicinity is quiet at night and the rooms are pretty soundproof against noises from the streets. Host was very gracious and friendly, I had a small incident my first night and he stepped in promptly to help. Will love to stay again next time I’m in Seoul.

Good location, sense of privacy

Even though it’s a shared space, everyone worked around each other’s schedules pretty well. Never saw the staff, but received instructions via email that made check-in/check- out easy. The heated floors were on at night, and that was too hot...I wondered where the control for the floor was (woke up in a sweat one morning). That would be great for winter!

闆人很親切，親自接待和介紹設備，有什麼問題發訊息的話，幾乎都秒回，除非在忙，可以幫忙訂外賣。客廳、房間，浴室都很大間，電視也很大，只可惜聲音很小聲，廚房有果汁、汽水、水、麵包和果醬。整體下來CP值很高，下次來韓國的第一首選。 缺點是1.沒有電梯，搬行李下樓很辛苦。2.有長期住的韓國學生，生活期習慣很差，開關門很大聲、動作行為也很大聲、垃圾廚餘也不清、杯子也不洗，彷彿全世界只有他一個人住一樣，希望下次不要跟他同房。
