The hotel is well kept and clean. The staff is very nice and helpful. The location is good in that the other parts of Seoul are easily accessible. The area unfortunately is not very clean but is an older part of the city. It is safe to walk around but lots of garbage on the streets.

Property was beautiful and nice that's why we see alot of people having their wedding there. Close to convinient store transportation and very nice bed to sleep in. Definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you

My daughter and I stayed at Hotel PJ for 2 weeks. It is close to Myeongdong (there is also a hotel shuttle to the shopping area for guesta) and the Euljiro (을지로) train stations. Room was smaller than expected but fine. Bed wasn't the most comfortable but was large and the pillows were comfy. We didn't eat at the restaurant so can't comment on the food. There were laundry facilities on our floor and a station with hot and cold water and ice for filling water bottles which was very convenient. There are two 24 hour convenience stores a short walk away. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, we were happy with our stay!

My family thought the hotel was clean and had a decent location. We loved the breakfast every morning before going out, plus the bottles of water provided to us daily. Our only complaint would be that the showers were definitely not designed for tall people.

The location of the hotel is good as it is in the center of the travel destination. The housekeeper is very friendly. In my opinion, the desk attendant is not very friendly.

Near the Chungmu-ro Station for airport arrivals and departures. Other Subway lines near by as well. Staff was very friendly. Housekeeping was excellent, daily service.

The hotel was lovely, clean, comfortable and with friendly staff. However we were disappointed that the bar was temporarily closed since that was a factor in choosing the hotel and there isnt much in the immediate vicinity.

Very bad experience
Firstly, the tap hot water supply is not stable, sometimes only cold water and sometimes only hot water even I selected warm water when taking bath. I report this problem but still the same on the next few days! Secondly, the staff were not friendly at all, even so rude! Except the car park staff who was very nice and willing to help although he can’t speak in English. Lastly, they won’t change the bedsheets until you asked to do so. I stayed there for 6 nights, they only changed once😑 They won’t change or wash the cups properly, still have stain on it, so disgusting!!!!!

I highly recommend the Hotel PJ. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The rooms were great. They literally had everything: separate desk area at entrance, well appointed bathroom, three beds and excellent living room area with Nespresso machine. Enjoyed my stay and hope to return.

Excellent and very helpful reception staff. A good breakfast, but repetative, and items not always available when service first started, and were allowed to run out, unreplenished, after 9 AM. Did not appreciate breakfast not allowing guests in after 9.20, despite breakfast time being untill 10. Disappointed that there was no bar, apparently the Roof Top bar advertised would not be opening up untill 2024! Our room however was good, with nice balcony with a great view. Good housekeeping.Very convienient location, close to Metro etc., restaurants and bars. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
