Room was ready when we arrived around 12pm which was great. Hotel is located in a great location - Itaewon, close to station as well. Rooms are clean and fine. Staff were friendly and spoke English. I enjoyed staying here.

Lovely decor & spacious room AND bathroom--well, it's a normal sized room by US standards; much more spacious having come from Japan. Not far from Itaewon metro station & on the edge of trendy Hannam neighborhood.

Hotel is located in a great area with tons of restaurant and cafe options. Hotel is also within close proximity of public transportation (subway, bus), which made it easy to visit various places in Seoul. We liked the decor of the hotel. It was clean and I felt extremely safe.

It was really clean, very well designed in my opinion and the staff was extremely polite and caring. Even held my luggage after checkout when my flight back was at night . I will definitely recommend to stay here if you want to stay in Itaewon. Very close to a lot of foods, clubs and bus stops/ Subway stations are also walking distance.

Very easy to find, short walk from subway. Modern, stylish, clean and quiet. The neighborhood has many cute cafes, restaurants and shops. I’d stay there again. They also allowed you to leave your luggage for free later pickup on the day you check out so you could enjoy your last day in Seoul if your flight was later in the day. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Nice Boutique Hotel in Formerly Fun Area

Overall, the stay was nice. Clean hotel, amazing helpful/knowledgeable front-desk. The sheets could have been softer and might have been nice to have an iron/ironing board in the room. The gym was decently equipped for a small hotel. If you need to be in Itaewon, this hotel should be on your short list. My first visit back to Korea in 7 years and post-pandemic, I'd highly recommend exploring other areas to stay. Lots of closed/empty stores, and the best restaurants are gone--there are a few clubs still open, but this area seems like a shadow of itself. Didn't feel unsafe, just eerily empty.

Beautiful hotel! Staff were very friendly and helpful. However the room we had were not entirely cleaned. For those who have severe dust/feather allergies, please do let the desk know before you arrive, they do use top on the line feather bedding as priority. We did have card issues several times but other than that, the location is great!!

The hotel is a 3 star hotel but it definitely needed to be a minimum of 4 star to be fair. Room is spacious and it was everything that anyone can need and in very good shape.

Imperial palace was our home for 2 weeks while we stayed in Seoul and I’m beyond happy with this choice. It was near the subway (Itaewon station) and was easy to get anywhere in the city from there. The nightlife on the weekends were lively but the party areas were far enough from the hotel that it didn’t disturb us. Very clean part of town and safe. Lots of shopping nearby with lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. The trail to hike up to the Namsan tower is close, as well. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept with swanky vibes and moody lighting. The staff was super accommodating and friendly! Would definitely stay here again! By mid trip, we started referring to it as “home”.

Great location and great hotel, but sort of dated. We had the king suite, but tub didnt function properly and one of the toilets also didnt function properly. However clean room, very spacious and kind employees. For the price, they should update the rooms
