Good service and nice staff. But the room has carpet and it smelled dusty. Swimming and fitness were free but had to pay extra 30,000 Korea money for Sauna and public bath.

It’s a great stylish and luxurious hotel. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive to your needs. The breakfast buffet is one of the most delicious I have tried so full marks for that too. I have only good things to say about this hotel.

The Grand hotel was a Palace. And is Elegant in an exuberant Victorian style. The furnishings are all original and in superb condition. It is a treasure trove of valuable antiques. We had a memorable time especily being with our son Eduardo.
