Facilities - fresh towels were put in room everyday by the staff, 2x nearby elevators in floor Hotel in good location - many neaby restaurants, convience stores & subway stations Only downside is there is no tea/coffee provided in the room ( although there is kettle for hot water)

Outdated interior, could do with a refurb. Floors and bathroom not very clean, no housekeeping done in the 2 days we stayed. Staff strict with check in time, we arrived 30 minutes early but had to wait. Location is a huge plus though.

It is located at center of old city. There are lots of dining and shopping places. It is in Insa-Dong and two palaces are in walking distance. And the room was very quiet.
