Decor was exactly as pictured, room was clean, staff was incredibly kind and helpful. Location was perfect, as it was close to subway stops and attractions, but just far enough away that it was quiet. I will absolutely stay here again the next time I visit Seoul!

Very nice hotel and overall a great stay. The upstair bar was overpriced for the quality of drinks and the rooms were overly perfumed. However, overall was wonderful!

This room absolutely blew me away. It was gorgeous. It was huge exceeded my expectations. The staff was very friendly and helpful when above and beyond just wonderful I can’t say enough good things about this place. I truly truly enjoyed my stay in Korea thank you so much to everybody there.

Amazing design and huge space. Definitely exceeds expectations in facilities and service. Not sure about "club level" - as alcohol is top shelf, but food is a bit limited. Breakfast is great though

Overall an incredible experience at a gorgeous hotel. Upon arrival we were immediately made to feel welcome. We were offered a room upgrade which was much appreciated. The room was comfortable and a cool, quiet refuge from the hot and bustling city. The customer service was one point (shout out to Lucas who helped us get dinner reservations). Loved every minute of it and would definitely return!
