It is just a 5 star hotel by name. They don’t provide iron, toothbrush, or even sugar for your coffee. Also the design is very scary and there were some weird doors on the wall. The location is good though. But I suggest you get a well name internationally popular hotel. The staff are not that respectful and many don’t know english.

The hotel is lovely, right by the metro station and within walking distance of great shops (department stores and street shopping) as well as Namsan park. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

The decor of this hotel is amazing. It is located in a very convenient location with easy access to the metro which is just opposite. It is near to the Namdaemun market and Myeongdong as well which are all within walking distance. The airport limousine stop to the airport is also a short walking distance from the hotel. Staff and services were also great. Will stay here again and definitely recommend it as well.

Perfectly located, steps away from the subway. Elegant hotel and smelled wonderful. The hallways and lobby were a little muggy but the air conditioning in the room worked great. We will definitely stay here again when visiting Seoul!
