Very nice hotel. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They cleaned our rooms everyday and gave us bottled water and fresh towels. The hotel is pretty close to the bus stop and subway. Plenty of restaurants and convenience store around the area. Overall would recommend this hotel to anyone that’s travelling to Seoul.

The staff are excellent. They allowed us to keep our luggages 3 days prior to check-in as we were going to Busan and did not want to carry a heavy suitcase. Also very helpful with reserving a taxi for 2 am to go to the airport. Very accommodating when asked for directions. Excellent rating for the staff, especially the 2 ladies at front desk (forgot to get their names)

Easy check in process, and it’s near two train stations that gets you to Seoul station and other stations quicker. Walking distance to go Myeongdong which is great.

Everyone was friendly, the cleaning staff were great, the surrounding area has plenty of food/coffee options. Transportation such as bus and subway are not far. Amazing! Plus breakfast was cozy and comforting as well. I would go back to this hotel!
