Very close to subway. Very convenient to access different neighborhood’s around seoul. It was quiet and not overwhelming like Myeongdong. The only thing was that rooms are small. But perfect for 2 people. The staff was very helpful and property was super clean too Will definitely stay here again

Overall the stay was good, hotel room was clean and comfy. Location was convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the room temperature can’t be adjusted independently as it’s centrally controlled, some night got quite warm for us that we needed an additional electric fan. Also, some days we got bath towels that had very frayed edges, can tell that they’ve gone through wear & tear.

The property was clean and easy to stay. Rooms are quite small and building is getting a bit dated for the price we paid but it worked out fine for our need. Rooms were clean and it is very close to train. You can take the AREX all stops directly from ICN very easily. I would stay here again if need be.

Great stay with amazing staff!This hotel is in a fantastic location! The staff were so nice and helpful throughout our stay. We also loved the buffet breakfast—everything tasted great and there were plenty of options. The only downside was the room furniture, which had some obvious wear and tear. If they update the rooms, this place would be perfect!

Great place! We enjoyed the breakfast and buffet (great value!) and the room in 17+th floor with free mini bar was excellent. Great staff and hotel is near to everything.

Top stay and would recommend to anyone visiting Seoul. We stayed for our final 2 nights as it is in a good location due to the metro lines that are nearby. The hotel itself was impressive and the aesthetic is fabulous. Really modern, clean and inviting. The rooms are a great size and are designed nicely. We were also given a free breakfast voucher which was a nice surprise. The breakfast is really good and tastes better when it is free!

Staff was really nice, the room was okay, the shower didn’t have a closing so water was on the floor. The room we got it was a double and single bed but it seems as they fit the beds together in a room made for a double only. We have 1ft of space between the beds. Also towels weren’t changed daily we had to ask. Overall clean place. Also buffet was not worth it.

From check-in, I was greeted by professional front desk staff, who provided me with everything I needed. The hotel breakfast was also excellent. The homemade omelets were especially fantastic.

My room was on the high floor and good view. However, the room was a little warm on the first few days and the AC was not controlled by the room controller. The bath room did not have vent to remove steam after shower and made the room hotter and humid. The amenities were good but they did not have a lounge to sit, either. It is a nice hotel and good basics but few were missing considering the brand Shilla.
