Staff was amazingly nice and helpful. Property was clean and located close to convenience stores, restaurants, and subway stations. There's a Wowpass machine in the lobby, and ATM at the GS25 across the street, and laundry facilities in the basement. Would definitely stay here again.

In term of location, it’s not too bad. Close to lotsa of eating places, 15mins walk to myeongdong. The downside was really the small room and there is only 2 lifts for 14 levels with at least 16 room per floor.

Extremely small room, pillar right in the middle taking up space. Never had the room cleaned even once through the 4 days there. Had a sewage smell the first night, spoke to reception and got it fixed. Noisy taps and could hear toilet being flushed from rooms above at night, so not very quiet. Area convenient to subway, 3 metro station nearby, plus numerous cafes and restaurants.

Check in is smooth and the property is very nice. Room is spacious and clean with less than a 10min walk to Line 3&4 Chungmuro Subway station - 1 stop away from Myeongdong Station. A GS25 convenience store is right next to the hotel.
