We booked this place because of the location and size of bed. I am so glad we did! The location couldn't have been any better, and the property itself was excellent. Spacious, comfortable beds, friendly and helpful staff, breakfast was delicious and so charming. The fresh squeezed orange juice and warm croissants along with cheeses and even a little meat and other surprises. Keep in mind you need to choose your meal time when you check in, but it's delivered to your room and very convenient. Even though a lot is happening right around the property the walls and windows are well insulated and we had no problems with noise. This was a little more than we normally spend because we like to save our travel funds for other experiences, but if you are on the fence about whether it's worth it... It is! Highly recommend

Wow! We loved Casa de Triana. Everything was perfect. The breakast provided each morning to our door was a wonderful treat. The neighborhood is fantastic, the apartment was clean and felt luxurious. The showers were nice and beds very comforatable. It was also very quiet in the apartment, despite being in a generally bustling area. Communication from the property was fast, friendly, and reliable. We would definitely stay here again. We'd give it six stars if we could.

Clean, comfortable stay very close to all Sevilla and Triana have to offer. Breakfast was incredible and delivered to the room each morning at our selected time. Make sure to check messages from the hotel before coming as there is no one on site after 3pm and you will need to provide identity/passport information before gaining access.

This apartment was spacious, tastefully decorated and extremely comfortable. The showers were marvelous and the beds likewise. We especially enjoyed the outdoor terrace for our evening wine with great views of the city. The location is excellent as well with an easy walk to Sevillas main attractions. We hope to return again.

We simply loved everything about our stay at Casa de Triana. From before arrival, communication was clear and timely. Once we arrived, we were very warmly greeted and acquainted with the area by Ana, a kind and informative person. Our room was elegant, all appointments were top-class. Breakfast, served in the room, was absolutely delicious. And the area simply could not be better for visitors to Triana. Everything was a simple walk away. Seville is a beautiful city and Casa de Triana is a perfect place to stay when visiting.

This property had a private, gated entry which made if feel extra safe. It was located right across from the river that divides the city, which was gorgeous. Also, there were many tapas-type restaurants and bars within a very few feet. So many parks, cathedrals, palaces within walking distance. Our suite was amazingly beautiful, as was the whole buildlng. The lovely manager, Anna, brought breakfast to our room every morning. It also had washer/dryers on premises which was perfect for us! It was our favorite lodging on our 3 week trip. Cheers !

Amazing place! The rooms are immaculate, super clean and have the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in. Anna is a delight and nothing is too much trouble. The ‘room service’ breakfast is such a treat every morning. Will definitely be back.

That was by far the best stay in our 2 weeks covering 5 cities in Spain. From the location to all the little details that were not missed, it could not have been better. Only regret was that our stay was not long enough. It was more than a hotel. It was home away from home. Exceeded all my expectations and then some. Mucho gracias !!!!!

Lovely Property
Lovely property, facilities were excellent and very comfortable.. Great location for visiting Central Seville but yet is off the beaten track. Well managed by Anna and Paula who are very kind and helpful. The breakfast every morning was first class. Did I mention that next door there is a fabulous bar, the Riviera!!

This is a great place to stay when visiting Sevilla. Perfect location on the river, walking distance to everything. The room was fantastic, a great size with a superb terrace. It was spotless and kept that way throughout our stay. In particular we enjoyed the fantastic service from booking and during our stay with great suggestions and directions. I highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay!
We enjoyed our 5 night stay at Casa de Triana Luxury Suites. The Suite was very spacious and lovely. Breakfast being delivered every morning was fantastic and delicious. The staff were very personable and Ana was very responsive to questions or requests. The location was excellent, easy to walk to everything including metro. And there are plenty of great restaurants/bars within walking distance. As mentioned, this is a great place to stay. Noise level wise, you can definitely hear other guests when they are in the hallway or leave their door open if across from your room. Doors aren't as soundproof. I also would have loved if our Suite had better natural light coming into it, we were given an inside suite and natural light was limited that came into our rooms. Again, a great place to stay in Seville, would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful, luxurious, very spacious fairytale room
An absolutely gorgeous property, looks even better in person than in the pictures. The terrace is a beautiful, private and well maintained space with a beautiful orange tree right in the middle. Ana at the front desk is so lovely, so warm and inviting. The luxury premium suite is just incredible - such a wonderful space, two washrooms, full kitchen and very large living room. The design is wonderful and it is one of the best rooms we have ever stayed in. Well done to team Triana Luxury! Location wise its excellent with a very short walk to the main areas.

Nice apartment with two separate bedrooms (one upstairs, one across from living room although without a door). Amazing breakfast brought to the room between 8 and 11. We unfortunately had to leave the room before then on 2 of our days but they were nice enough to leave it inside. Very walkable to many of the sites as well as restaurants. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Wonderful apartment. Very spacious for the three of us. Daughter loved that she could have a private bedroom and bath for herself. Very clean. Ana was amazing in messaging us everything, getting awesome breakfast on time. To top it all she had a small gift bag of water and candies when we were ready to leave. 5 star experience.

This was hands down the nicest place we have ever stayed. The host is so sweet and the helpful. The apartment was gorgeous with so much attention to detail. When we walked in it was already cool And everything was so beautiful. There was a basket of fresh fruit and complimentary water for each of us. She helped us bbok aflemenco show that was fantastic. When we left, she had a bag with water and granola bars and carried the suitcases up the stairs to the exit. We would stay there again for sure and would definitely recommend it.
