You couldn't be any safer than here. The hotel is in an up scale neighborhood surrounded by embassies. It faces Paseo De La Castellana, a very busy boulevard. I would characterize the hotel style as mid-century modern. We paid for the optional breakfast buffet and it was worth the extra money. It was a win-win since we did not eat lunch. Our room was roomy compared to European standards and very clean. We had no problem sleeping since it was quiet, our room was above a side street. The bed seemed to have the right firmness for us. There were other amenities that were offered but we just didn't use them. I have to say we made a mistake and under estimated how far this hotel is from the sights that tourists want to see. I am specifically addressing walkability, you can always have the hotel hail a taxi. It was a nice walk down the Paseo, but we racked up 7 to 8 miles a day. I want to reiterate that that was our blunder and other than that it is a very nice hotel.

The hotel is in a calm, quiet part of Seville. The modern facilities in this hotel were excellent including the roof top pool and bar which is perfect for an early and late evening stop. Getting to the town is about 15 mins walk or <10 mins to the centre using the tram. If you want smooth and business like then this is perfect. If you want spanish character and charm, then this is not the one.

Perhaps the best hotel in the area, within 15 min of walk to major attractions. Breakfast is superb, and starts early! There is a rooftop pool, which could be a bit deeper… if visit Seville in the future, will definitely stay here again…

Very attractive rooms and public areas. The staff were very pleasant and accommodating. It is close to wonderful park spaces. Would be nice to have an iron and ironing board in the room!

We really enjoyed staying here! The rooms were nice and big and very clean. The location was excellent - very easy to walk to the key sites of the city. The restauarant food was excellent (we had dinner). Would stay again!

We had a superior room. It was large and the bed was comfortable. A few things could have been improved. Housekeeping did not replenish our milk or snacks. Fresh towels were haphazardly thrown on a shelf not placed in the bathroom. One if the bedside lights kept flashing so had to remove the bulb. Handle was loose on bathroom door and shower kept going cold. I would not expect this from a highly rated hotel. The staff were very pleasant and the hotel was very peaceful and well located.

The hotel is conveniently located and the rooms are new; however, cleanliness is an issue. The room was not cleaned and despite multiple requests to clean it, it remained not very clean. The plates in the breakfast area were dirty and it was not one plate but multiple of them..

Not exactly in the city center (which may be a good thing actually), but rather a 10 minute walk away from all the action. The hotel is clean, modern, fully functional, and the girl at the counter is a doll! Good dining options around.

The staff was welcoming and helpful right from the start, the room and the entire property was clean, the room was the largest I have ever stayed in for a four star, the decor was airy and there were plenty of light switches to allow for the level of brightness to suit individual needs, the only food I had was a room service pizza, which came quick and it was well worth the price of 15 euros

The hotel was gorgeous, just as good as the photos. It was very modern, stylish and the room was probably one of the largest i've ever stayed in. The staff were all helpful and friendly. It is in a great location, very walkable to most of the key areas and with lots of restaurants in the immediate area. The only real issue i had was with the food. The breakfast buffet, whilst being a decent selection was always cold, no matter what time we went. Also, the food available in the restaurant, room service & roof terrace was exactly the same and fairly limited which was quite disappointing. The terrace would also benefit from being staffed rather than having to call to place an order and it would be great if there was some music or some semblance of atmosphere. I'd stay here again due to the convenience of the location and the quality of the rooms and overall aesthetic but ifni could find the same with better food options, that would sway my decision.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely room. The staff were very helpful and even sent my partner a surprise happy birthday letter and chocolate to the room. Our flight was a little later in the day so we were able to leave our bags after checkout securely with reception for free. Would absolutely recommend!

Overall a good property especially for a 4 star. Its not centrally located however we enjoyed the 15 mins walk into the centre. The area is quiet and seems safe. The rooms are a good corporate style hotel. My only criticism are the beds. They are hard and felt cheap. I would expect better quality however that is a personal preference. Overall, i recommend especially for the price.
