"Staff was polite, professional, and exceptionally attentive to customer needs. Rooms were clean, bathroom had wall to wall marble, but the carpet should be replaced. Hotel paid breakfast buffet was unmatched compared any hotels in the world. Living in the USA for 46 years, and traveling all over the world, I have never come across such varieties of breakfast food ever. "

"I booked this property for 5 nights after seeing it in a YouTube video, which turned out to be a mistake. There was no dedicated manager onsite, and the bedsheets and pillows were used and not cleaned. I couldn’t sleep at night because of mosquito bites. For showering, I was only given hand soap.
Breakfast was terrible. I waited outside in the morning hoping to speak to someone and eat, but no staff appeared until 9:40 am. I was served two parathas, egg cutlets, and chalkumra curry — with no tea or coffee either in the room or at breakfast.
I honestly have no idea how this property got listed on Expedia. After speaking to the “virtual manager,” I left after just one night, but I was still charged for two nights. I’ve spoken to Expedia customer support three times since midnight, but there’s still been no resolution. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience."
