"The hotel is so conveniently located. It is close to everything… restaurants, department stores, subway station, hop on and off etc…. Our proactive house keeper Ms.Fu’s attention to Detail was next to none. Our room was always immaculate. With keen observation, she even thoughtfully adjusted the shower holder to a very appropriate height. We also had a very pleasant check-out experience with front desk staff Isabella. Her smile was contagious. She warmly greeted us, was efficient and we look forward to coming back to stay next time. Last but not least, Olivia at the Concierge desk was exceptional!!! She was knowledgeable and resourceful. She assisted with our restaurant bookings and gave great suggestions re our sightseeing options. These three ladies are true asset to your team! "

The Premier Room was spacious and comfortable for our family of three. Breakfast was excellent, and the location was extremely convenient, with major attractions within walking distance. "The front desk staff went out of their way for me and gave me late check out and gave me very good directions on how to get to the airport. I was particularly impressed with the front desk young woman who was of Russian or Slavic origin."

"Staff were amazing even with us speaking different languages, they still helped with whatever I needed help with. Quiet location, just didn’t like that I was on a floor with cigarette smoke but I noticed everywhere in China has that.. Rooms are small but I traveled solo so I made it work. "
