"We were contacted prior to our departure incase we need any assistance, we requested for an early check in which was accommodated. The staffs were really kind and the property is well kept. Gaby made our trip feel like a breeze, she checked on us time to time, gave recommendations, arranged taxis as well. And the views from the property is breathtaking. Overall we had a phenomenal stay. "We really enjoyed the hotel, we had a nice size room with a spacious bathroom. It’s a newer hotel and it shows. It smelled clean when we walked in. The AC was cold too, just how we like it. The beds were a little firm but not too bad. This Hotel is a little farther away from the busier North end. The food definitely needs some improvement because of that we ate out most of the time. The staff was super friendly, helpful and accommodating. The pool was nice too, but the beach area was not the best for swimming. All in all, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. "

"This place was so beautiful and quiet. I loved it. The people were so helpful. The front desk also helped me with getting a ride around the island to take some pictures from the taxi driver. The complimentary breakfast was simple and delicious. They had an espresso machine, pan dulce and fruits available. My room overlooked the surrounding jungle and beach it was amazing. "
