I have actually stayed at the Jervois a number of years ago and the place I usually stay at was unavailable. Well I think I will be coming back the Jervois. Typically when you revisit a place you run the risk of seeing how it has declined but this was the exact opposite. It was even better than before. Check-in was efficient and the staff were extremely friendly. Hotel was about 5 minutes walk to Sai Ying Pun MTR station and a bus stop right outside the hotel. Convenience stores all around just below the hotel and the room was a pleasant surprise! Far bigger than expected (was upgraded to Business Suite upon arrival) and the toiletries were outstanding. It's located along the prime district of Queens Road Central with only 5 mins walk to the nearest MTR station. One of the very few Hotel that provide free mini bar as well free alchoholic drinks during Happy Hour. Although Hotel room is pretty small, but it's clean and new. Most importantly, you get all you need for a comfortable stay with friendly and helpful staff to assist you. Definitely will recommend this hotel to those who is visiting Hong Kong

I love this hotel for the high level of service and courtesy provided by front desk n housekeeping. Credit goes to Ms Selina who even goes the extra mile to go and get a taxi for me during this period of disturbances in the neighborhood areas where protesters rallied. I will definitely want to stay at Travel Lodge again although it is not centrally located in the busy high end shopping area. However most places of attraction are within walking distance.
