"Nice rooms, very friendly and helpful staff. We had breakfast and lunch there, both were delicious. There was no private shower in our rooms but the shared shower / bath was very nice and clean. "
"The location of the hotel was convenient. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had two room, one room had a massage chair and the other, the beds reclined with a push of a button. There laundry room was clean and the washer and dryer worked great. The pastries from the bakery were fresh and delicious. The staff were wonderful! They were kind, helpful and sooo nice. When we left the owner walked us to the door and stood there waving and watching us till we arrived to the entrance of the port, he bowed at us and waved one final time. I highly recommend staying here. "
"Iwaso is nestled in a beautiful location at the bas of Mt. Misen and the building itself and the surrounds are very quiet and peaceful. Full credit goes to all the staff at Iwaso, they make you feel very welcome from the moment you enter until you check out and provide very attentive service, without making you feel simply like 'another customer'. Dinner and breakfast were both very good, with the kaiseki dinner having an interesting menu of local seafood. The room was comfortable and well maintained with a good selection of amenities. Overall I highly reccomend Iwaso for anyone staying at Miyajima and will stay here again if I return."
"Huge room with massage chair, amenities were fantastic and really enjoyed the hot spring and private bath. Location is very convenient, right next to the shopping street and less than 5 mins walk from the pier."
