"The host was extremely nice and when we asked for help locating something she would assist us by doing research, calling on our behalf and speaking to the business to ensure we were taken care of. If you are looking for a Home stay experience this is a good spot. breakfast made daily at the time that you specify and a verity of Japanese foods. "

"This hotel was great! There is a laundry room available to guests, as well as a small interior courtyard space with vending machines and tables. This hotel is also very conveniently located near Kameido Station, as well as many excellent shops and restaurants, and a small park."
"Well kept hotel. Has all the ammenities. Convenience store on second floor. Worked fine for us as a base to sleep at during our 11 days in Tokyo. Very close to Ryogoku Station. Quiet area with food options around. I really can't say anything bad about the place. The bathrooms are a bit small in the room, but I'm a larger guy and understand. People complain about the elevators, which is fair, but they need to realize they aren't the only people staying there and it's a busy hotel. They have "busy periods" which you should plan ahead and not need to use during those times. Again, overall satisfied with our stay. Thank you!"
"This hotel is such a great stay with easy accessible to everything!! The skytree mall, train station, & restaurants.
The hotel itself is very clean. We stayed in room 607 and the room is about 400+ sq feet. Separate bathroom and shower/tub. The tv channels have a neflix, prime, youtube that you can link your account. They also provided the flat iron inside the room. The room has centralized A/C and heater which is efficient. There are a lot of space to put your luggage. The only downside is there is not much space to hook or hang your items besides the small closet. They also provided a pajama/slipper and amenities kit for kids.
The breakfast opens at 6:30am and it will be the same food everyday which we dont mind and still yummy and fulfilling. The staff are so nice and helpful. We were able to shipped our amazon boxes to this hotel too which is very convenient.
There are tons of parking on the 3rd/4th floor. Washer/dryer combo is about 700 yen and has 12 unit on the 6th floor. The tv also has an information if the laundry is being used or not.
We will definitely going back to this hotel moving forward. "
"We absolutely loved or stay at the Oriental Hotel Tokyo. We cannot rate this hotel higher if you want to be close to disneyland. We also found Tokyo city itself very accessible, with around a 30 minute train trip friending on where you want to visit. The location is close to a shopping centre, with 2 for courts and another centre that has food underneath. There is a large supermarket close by with excellent take away options for sushi, salad, bakery, pasta, etc. The hotel has a microwave room on the lower lobby level where the bridal boutique and bus stop is (opposite the exit). The food in the supermarket is about better than Lawson if you can be bothered with with walk, which is only 5 minutes. The food options in the fit courts include isakaya, soba and udon, italian, spanish and many Japanese options. All were very good.
We stayed in the Oriental Superior Triple room and paid extra at check in to make up the couch (sofa) in the room. The beds were very comfortable. Some reviewers found them hard, however we all slept well as a daily of four. The bedding configuration is 2 x double (twin), 1 single and 1 couch. This means if you have the couch made up, there is no seating area except the bed. There is a small table and 1 buffet stool. The rooms have a big television (all Japanese stations), however you can connect to Netflix, YouTube, etc. The bathroom was spotless, with a shower room and bath, separate vanity area and toilet. "
