I wanted to book a hotel outside of Tokyo center and this was perfect! It’s about an hour bus ride from the airport, but close to a train station to get you where you need to go. There’s a lot of food and shopping options too.

Nice staff and service. There are many restaurants nearby, you also can find Donki, supermarkets and other small grocery stores within a short walk. convenient location but not very crowded as city center.

The staff was very professional, helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was very good, even had coffee latte. It really helped start the day without having to worry about where to eat. The massage chair in the room was an added plus to recover from all the walking. 2-3 minute walk to Kitasenju station (a major station to many train lines). Would definitely stay again!

北千住駅西口を出て徒歩で3-5分程度の近距離です。駅からのアクセスがとてもよく、ホテルも見つけ易いです。2階にある大浴場は露天風呂とサウナを完備していてとても良かったです。5階にある2機の洗濯槽と2機の乾燥機は必要十分な機能ですがリーズナブルな価格設定になっています。コインランドリーは土曜日・日曜日は混み合うそうです。客室へのアクセスはエレベータになりますが、1機だけの稼働なので、繁忙期や使用時間帯によっては待ち時間が発生するかもしれません。

スタッフの方々の対応がとてもよかったです。すれ違った従業員さん全員が気持ちの良い挨拶をしてくださりました。ウェルカムスイーツ（クッキー）や、宿泊者限定でスイーツを1ついただけたりと驚きのサービスでした。当日体調が急に悪くなってしまい、楽しみにしていた岩盤浴が利用出来なくなってしまったのが残念でした。ぜひ近くに来た際は再度このホテルに滞在したいと思います。ありがとうございました。
