This hotel is located about 5 minutes walking from the Oshiage subway station. The lobby area is very nice, with tea/coffee/water available at all hours for guests. The room was quite small -- not entirely comfortable for two people, although we made due. One small annoyance was the lack of light switches (there's no easy way to turn the lights fully on or off). We didn't explore the surrounding area too much, but it's quite close to the Tokyo Skytree. This part of Tokyo is close to attractions like Asakusa and Akihabara, but far from more popular areas like Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya.
The staff in the hotel were amazing and it is also located in a great city. The city is not too crowded and it has a subway station and bus station about 5 min away. There is a direct bus to Disney parks just 5 min away from the hotel. The room itself was very small, the pictures do not do it justice. I would splurge and get some of the bigger options because the small room has no closet or anywhere to store your clothes or put stuff away. The room was also very dusty: other than that, located in a great spot and had a great view of the tower.
They give you a lot of amenities so you don't have to go to the front desk often as well as an in-building cafe so you can work peacefully while enjoying coffee. The keycard system was very nice and kept the guests safe from outside guests going to the wrong floor. The building was very modern as well as the rooms.
