Can't beat this location, right near the night market yet pretty quiet. Staff was friendly and helped us find an excellent tour guide and tuk tuk driver. There were lots of mosquitoes in the room, but that was the only real negative. I've stayed here twice now, and will stay again if I come back to Siem Reap.
Very quiet hotel in the very loud neighbourhood. Big rooms, cozy inner yard with breakfast & snacks. The staff is something. They are not just polite, they call local organisations for you, remind you and overall behave like they are your secretary.
Liked this hotel very much, i'll come back in it, if i ever land in Siem Reap again.
Having ditched another guest house due to bed bugs, the Owl Inn was such a nice place to come too. Clean, large and comfortable rooms with a great bathroom. The breakfast was cheap and filling. About a 10 minute walk to Pub street and the markets, they can also help book buses and tours. Highly recommended!
Really Enjoyed my stay at Owl Inn. The staff/service was great. The room was very clean and modern with concrete finishes. Water pressure was good; zircon worked pretty well. Overall a great hotel. Best part is it walking distance to everything.
Really enjoyed my stay. Staff were so friendly. Location is really perfect too it's walking distance to everything. The only problem was the Aircon needed the gas changed to make it cooler. Everything else was perfect.
Im very please with the location as it is merely less than 10 min walk to town centre. When you walk out of the hotel, at its main entrance you just turn left. You will find your way to the town centre. The service was excellent too. The front counter lady was very friendly and helpful, though i have forgotten the name. I had used the tuk tuk service of the hotel to Angkor Wat and the surrounding temples and it was excellent too. The price was very reasonable. I wouldnt mind a couple of dollar more if you would had hired an external tuk tuk driver instead. The excellent service matters really. Also the tuk tuk driver was the same person who came to pick me up from airport (for free). Overall im very pleased with Owl Inn. I would recommend to everyone. Cheers!
One of the best stays so far on our 3 month travel
I can not say enough how friendly and accommodating the staff was. Helped us with everything, and always with a smile on their face. Good English as well. Great location, five min walk to old market and restaurants yet far enough away to be quiet. CLEAN CLEAN CLEAN! Wow I marked 4 on facilities because our toilet didn't flush properly, but I'm sure it's a quick fix.

A place to sleep
Bad shower
Friendly staff
Close to market and pub street
Very clean, spacious rooms. Hotel staff were excellent and offered free pick up from bus station. Very helpful in organising Angkor Wat tour for next day at late notice.

Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Not anything special
We stayed here for two nights, the hotel is in easy reach of the night market and pub street. For the prince we paid it's a nice enough hotel. No frills if you just need a place to sleep for the night it's ok.
The staff were helpful although not very experienced as they were not sure about prices or bookings.
This hotel has more of a hostel feel, book if you are only planning on crashing for the night.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
You can't ask for more at this price
Good: The lady receptionist were courteous and helpful. I like her bright smile.
Bad: The surrounding of the hotel was too dark because not many lights on the street.
O quarto era muito escuro e o chuveiro era muito ruim, molhava o banheiro todo.
a decoração da parte externa é agradável e O café da manhã era ok. Nada extraordinário, tirando a geleia feita por eles, e não tinham frutas.
