Nice staff, comfortable room for the price and great location to and from center. Easy to park a moto, order rides, and the receptionist is super helpful! The staff do a nice job on the room, giving fresh drinking water and tea/coffee refills. They include breakfast as well.

This place is amazing! The staff is so sweet and caring. The food is delicious. We had breakfast and two dinners there and it was all very tasty. The salt water pool was my favorite. It was beautiful and refreshing. The whole facility is extremely clean. The only thing I didn't like was that it was a bit isolated. We had to hire a tuk tuk driver to go anywhere. There's nothing walkable nearby, so we treated the hotel like a resort oasis and just thoroughly enjoyed the peace and relaxation there. I would highly recommend it!

The staff wherever pleasant and helpful. The pool area is amazing oasis of calm and peace. The hotel is within easy walking distance of Pub Street but I would recommend always getting a Tuk Tuk back to the hotel in the dark

I liked that this property offered help with visiting attractions as well as many lovely amenities like a swimming pool and an attached restaurant. They even had a free lift to the airport and arranged transportation for you to your other destinations or tour events! They were very friendly and helpful!

It is misleading...the rooms are not what thwy show in theor photos. Not a clean place...towels were old and bathroom dirty. Breakfast was fried eggs in a pool of oil and coffee was bad—milk was spoiled!!!! Just very basic and not good!

Accomo review -Reveal Courtyard Hotel in Siem Reap
Our stay was very nice at Reveal. The staff were very nice and helpful in answering our questions related to getting around and things to see. The breakfast was extremely basic and we would suggest the hotel look at making some improvements in this regard. When we arrived we were being taken to a room we did not book. We booked a pool access, ground level room so I had to remind the hotel staff of this. We were taken to the proper room without a problem. The pool was lovely however, it was definitely in need of a cleaning. We felt safe and would definitely recommend this property.

Quiet, clean, comfortable, nice pool
Was looking for a mid price, comfortable, quiet hotel not far from the centre of the city. This one fitted the bill. $2 tuk tuk ride to Pub Street area. Staff helpful with tour advice . Had a lovely pool and plenty of sun. Would recommend.

Very disappointing
This hotel was lovely, with a beautiful courtyard and good sized rooms- yet nonstop problems meant my stay was frustrating, and pretty terrible. The free pickup from the airport is on a tuk-tuk, which is fine but it would have been nice to no in advance, as I had luggage and arrived early which meant it was cold. Then there's no early check-in, despite the fact that I informed them what time I was coming and they had every opportunity to let me know. I finally got my room but for some reason there was no key for the door?? I had to wait an hour and a half while keys were made and tested several times. My shower didn't have any hot water the entire time I was there, despite my reporting the problem to reception. I had two days of cold showers and wasn't able to take advantage of the beautiful bathtub. My comforter had a giant tear that was tucked in, in what looked like an attempt to hide it...and my sheets had a giant and disturbing stain. The restaurant didn't have everything listed, which is fine but kind of annoying. And then when I came down for breakfast I was told to sit and was simply brought out a plate of food...without anyone asking me what I wanted. Everyone who came after me was able to choose. Then my ride back to the airport (another tuk-tuk) was $8!! which is really just outrageous. All in all my stay went from bad to worse. I was super disappointed. It seems others had way better experiences so I'm not sure what the problem was- hopefully it's fixed soon.

The duty of our reservation is to get information of arrival guests meant that we should know who coming what time of the day and provide us the easy way to control man power and welcome to check in guests. However is not meant that all early arrival needs to have early check in as our international standard check in time is 2pm. Hope this standard you be aware. Unless we have room availability so that we could accommodate guests to have early check in and for sure up to rooms availabilities. Our colleagues did inform you about unexpected happen about room key which was error and immediately we got master key to get you in room and leave you alone without any disturbance. We did inspected our key by our own while you were outside.The hot water our staff did inform you that while immediately you get inside the room you need to on master light to on the electricity and it will be slowly getting hot. However if you immediately using it will be slowly getting warm, but if you keep in about 10mn and it will be hot enough.Our food menu some day run out of stock because of not available from our supplier we did informed them as well due to your comment here.Breakfast menu is prepared according to western concept and simple ways and most of our clients did enjoy with our breakfast. However the some guests might not eat meat and sausage so we prepare only vegetarian for them that you found why some guests can order different from our menu.The fee of transferring guests to town or airport is according to our standard price. You found that price is different meant that you compare with street tuk tuk that is making senses. We found that you did use the street tuk tuk for your touring to Angkor Wat temple. tex limit

Superficially looked ok but pool not chlorinated etc. Hotel management over keen to price activities up. Hotel was down long alley, did not look good from outside. Good value for money. Reasonable and comfortable rooms, nice pool side and friendly staff. If you want to get some realxation and don't fancy the overcrowded and busy hotel bunkers, this is the place to recover from an exhausting siteseeing trip.

Hotel close to the temples
We cycled the temples from our hotel on a three day pass. It was nice and close to make that really easy. And pub street in Siem Reap was only a short tuk tuk ride away.

Comfortable and clean
The staff on salary were kind and honest, but the owner tried to up-sell me when it came to tours, Tuk Tuk rides, everything. The staff would tell me something is $6USD and he’d tell me $8. A visa to Vietnam is $40 and he tried to charge me $65. But if you prefer to pay for convenience then there’s no issue. The hotel was clean, safe, and relatively quiet. It’s very close to Angkor, but at least a 20-30 minute walk from night life.

Great place and super helpful staff
We stayed here for a few days while visiting Angkor Wat and the surrounding area. On arrival we actually got upgraded to their sister hotel Angkor Reveal, so can't say that much about Angkor Courtyard, but assume they are quite similar. Angkor Reveal was an amazing place with great facilities, very clean, and well organised. The staff was super helpful with planning and organising trips, and the management is very helpful (which us the same for Courtyard and Reveal). They organise a tuk tuk driver for both Angkor Wat and also for the floating village, for a good price, and we had a great driver for those days. The management also helped us to organise a visa for Vietnam, which we only realised last minute we would need, and they went out of their way to help get that done and send the visa to our next hotel.

Friendly accomodation located 200m down lane
Pool is fantastic after temple excursion. I stayed 4 nights. Accommodation is a little.isolated and tired. I chose based on exceptional reviews. Service is certainly good but I found better accomodation (for me) at Banyon Boutique for my last 3 nights in Siem.Reap. Enjoyed both.

Great place to safe
This is a great spot to relax after a day of site seeing. The staff are very helpful. I would highly recommend mr. Sat as a tuk tuk guide. He toured us around and is super friendly.

Quite and secluded
The hotel is a little aged and the AC was temperamental. However its in a quiet location so you always need a tuk tuk into town, but that's just $3 each way. Ideal for a quite relaxation after the hectic sightseeing. Very Clean

A secluded gem
The Angkor Boutique Tropic Hotel is small and charming. It's located down a secluded alleyway, which leads off busy Charles De Gaulle Avenue. It has a lovely pool in landscaped surroundings, which can be very appealing after a long, hot day visiting the temples. My ground floor room was spacious and cool, with adequate air-conditioning. There are no sweeping views - either of Siem Reap or the temples. This didn't bother me at all. The hotel has a small restaurant, which served up generous American / English breakfasts of cereal, bacon and eggs - perfect fuel for a long-day out sightseeing. It was a relaxing place to retreat to and recharge at the end of the day. I chose this hotel because it is an easy walk to the National Museum and was relatively close to the Angkor Archaeological Park. I am very happy with my choice and would stay there again. Although it didn't concern me, the hotel is roughly 1-1.5km from the shops, bars and restaurants of downtown Siem Reap, so a tuk-tuk ride will be necessary.

Staying in a Boutique Hotel
Very nice boutique hotel. Staff was very accommodating and did speak some English. Quiet and removed from the hustle and bustle. Rooms are very nice and brightly decorated. Tourist shops within walking distance. Breakfast was delightful.

Nice hotel with pool. Not too close to markets/restaraunts, not a bad walk by the river but perhaps a frew shuttle into town in the evening would be helpful. Room a bit musty when we got there, possibly as it was the beginning of tourist season the room may not have been occupied recently. Rooms a good size and clean.

Nice Hotel but a little hidden
Nice hotel close to the entrance to Angkor Wat. They will even pack you a small breakfast if you decide to watch the sunrise. Rooms are large and spacious however our safe wasn't bolted down and did not work for us to store our money and passports. Also our fridge was not working. Not a big deal since we didn't need to use it and i'm sure if we mentioned it to the staff they would have fixed it for us.

A little Oasis
As our taxi driver drove up to the hotel we wondered what sort of place we were going to. It was late at night, the road was very narrow, and did not look safe. However, when we got there we were offered a welcome drink. Then we spotted there was a restaurant and bar. We walked through and saw the swimming pool, which was a decent size surrounded by sun beds and a lot of greenery. It was a little oasis to calm and relax. We very quickly changed our minds from our initial thoughts of what had we let ourselves in for to one of amazement at this little gem. The rooms were very large with two double beds. They were very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning was very welcome. The staff were very helpful and arranged for a taxi driver to talk us on a tour of Angkor Wat and other temples at Siem Reap

Hotel provided a tuk-tuk to pick me up from the airport and the same driver was available to takeme on tours around the Wats - very friendly, considerate and flexible. Also very reasonable! Hotel staff wery very friendly and gave me a very late check out for a reasonable charge, which effectively extendedby holiday by a day. Lovely poolto relax on after a hot day's sightseeing. As Arnie would say, 'I'll be back!'

We really enjoyed our stay here. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The staff was extremely friendly, courteous and helpful. The taxi driver Bunyi was the best! He was friendly, helpful, and even recommended and reserved seats for our buffet dinner & show. Amazing value for what it cost, I highly recommend the Angkor Boutique Tropic Hotel.

The hotel sits nestled into a lane on the outskirts of town, far fom Pub Street. Without a driver who knows it, it probably would be impossible to find. That said, it has the nicest pool I've ever seen, and the staff is very helpful. You get a great value for the price.

Great value hotel. Nice pool. Breakfast ordinary but adequate, but don't go too late. Rooms adequate, but shower didn't drain properly. Linen on bed is very old, they would do themselves a favor replacing it.

One òf the Best Hotels
We had a great stay and the pool was also fantastic when it was hot! The staff were very friendly and they gave us a Christmas present. The location was great down a quiet ally ò the main road. We would come back and stay hêre any time.

I had an excellent stay at the Angkor Tropic. The pool, room, garden and restaurant were extremely well maintained and clean. The staff were all wonderful. Everyone was pleasant and behaved like they were genuinely happy to see their guests. I had some meals in the restaurant, the food was fresh and nicely prepared. The pool was great after a day out at the ruins. The location is a bit out of the downtown area, but easy enough to get around.

Recently, we have some upgraded stuff like making a larger restaurant and add some menu items in the food and drink menu list. Adding more type of khmer flowers in our solid garden surrounding pool. Hire more quality cook from other famous restaurant in town. Staff is more lovely and more experiences. If you come here again, you will find everything is much better than last time. Very Comfortable, Convenient, & Friendly Stay
Great stay at a great value! The Angkor Boutique Tropical is one of those hidden gems. My daughter and I traveled specifically to attend the Angkor Wat International Film Festival in February and the location was right across the street from the Festival venue, but conveniently tucked away about 100 meters down a private road off of the main street. This kept the street noise to an inaudible level. Rooms are spacious and clean. The staff of the hotel are cheerful and friendly and always anxious to be helpful and of service. Tropical is a small boutique hotel and the service is genuine and personal. The location makes it very accessible to the Angkor Wat temples and airport. If we are ever back in Siem Reap, we are staying here!

Nice new and friendly hotel
We really enjoyed our experience at this hotel . The staff are very friendly and nothing is too much trouble. The actual room is very modern and comfortable, its a nice place to return to after a long day of sightseeing and shopping! It has a lovely balcony overlooking a gorgeous pool with tropical gardens. We had a great breakfast every morning. And we sometimes had our evening meal at the hotel all very delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel tuk tuk drivers who also made our stay very enjoyable, they took us around Siem Reap and all the temples, they are all very nice.
