I love this place! I extended my stay 2 more times…staying a total of 10 days. Great staff. Great property. We really enjoyed our stay. Rooms are good. Beds, linens & decor was nice. Great water pressure. Staff will arrange transportation to activities for you. My only complaint would be to ask for more consistency in the kitchen. Restaurant Staff was friendly & helpful but need more training. I was a restaurant manager & catering chef so I pay attention to the details most people don’t notice. Other than improving consistency & staff training in the restaurant it was great at both locations. Breakfast was great. Loved the pool side BBQ nights. Highly recommend and we will definitely return!!

This property is luxurious. It’s close enough to town with a simple tuk tuk, but far enough away that it’s quiet and relaxing. The pool lounge and inside bar are fabulous.

We spend some days at The privilege floor Lotus Blanc in Siem Reap. Very polite and serviceminded staff, Even got a Room upgrade to a suit and late check out. Highly recomended hotel.

Great service, good hotel
We enjoyed our stay at Lotus Blanc. I wouldn't call it luxury or 5-star, but pretty good overall. The service was great. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast. The pool was nice, but somewhat warm (it was a hot week) and needed to remove some floating leaves etc. The WiFi was generally good, but sometimes it didn't work in the room. The electricity is off if you don't have your room key in a slot. This isn't uncommon, but the temperature of the room was very hot and took a few hours to cool down. Easy to get a tuk-tuk into town. The airport pick-up (and drop-off) was terrific.

Friendly Staff
For me it was great. Friendly, accommodating staff. The Privilege room was great. The view was great and the room was comfortable. Room service was good. The room shows its age in some details, but in the way that makes me feel it had some character rather than feeling put off by it. The only complaint at all would be a bit of mold in the shower. Given the humid conditions and the price for the room I don’t consider it unreasonable for them to be fighting a constant battle with it.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. The team was great, and always ready to help. Not far from the airport, night market or the temples. The room was a little outdated, but clean and very spacious and actually really beautiful. The staff are also happy to help you with tourist bookings if you’re not already set up! A great choice.

Lots of good things but climbing out of covid
The Lotus Blanc Prestige Floor resort is a bit difficult to evaluate. On one hand the resort has an eye-catching entrance and appearance, the staff go to extremes to ensure your satisfaction, there’s a wonderful rock waterfalls in the pool area, and the location is in a good area. Our room on the Prestige Floor was voluminous with twin functioning a/c controls, twin sinks in the bathroom, a modern enclosed shower with great water temperature control and pressure, a large bathtub, plenty of electrical sockets and a comfortable bed. In addition, the rooms were clean and room service responded rapidly. We used laundry services twice and the clothes came back folded and clean. We had spa treatments that we received on short notice and they were amongst the best we’ve ever had. So what’s not to love? The resort did not match its hotel.com profile. There was one restaurant – not 3. There is nothing differentiating the prestige floor from other floors as far as we could tell. In fact, the Prestige Floor is not even on the signage. Decorations on the surrounding pool trees were green plastic quart soda bottles cut in half. In addition tiles were popping off the pool walls and bottom. The floors are polished but they are brown. The furniture is nice but a dark brown. Combined with the observation the lights are subdued makes the hotel feel “dark”- a bit gloomy. The breakfast buffet was extensive but the food was generally bland. We ate in the restaurant one evening & were alone.

The property is generally well maintained but lack in details of Furniture maintenance. Our room was very nice but it had a broken edge table which make it look shabby. Apart from one therest of the amenities were good.

I had been staying at this hotel twice. I love the hotel. The room is big enough for me and my wife with two kids. The last time i stayed there, everything felt new in condition. Sadly to see the hotel and room feels old. The hotel still great then. Love the swimming pool. Overall, this time 4 stars out of 5 stars

Was very pleased with my recent stay at the property. The amenities were specious, comfortable, clean and beautifully designed and staff was very friendly and accommodative to all travellers’ needs and wishes. I found especially helpful the dedicated concierge for guests staying at privilege floor (I was served by exceptionally friendly and helpful guy Ken), who helped with local arrangements, including visiting local attractions and sightseeing but also with any other stay-related requests. Utterly enjoyed my stay, hope to come back with my family and would recommend to any travellers, be it solo or family visit.

The property is well located and beautiful. The staff is outstanding, they are prepared for any request and fulfill it promptly. I mentioned that it was my husband’s birthday, so at dinner that evening, the staff sang happy birthday and presented him with a wonderful birthday cake. They have their own fleet of Tuk-tuk drivers, so one is always available. A beautiful property, and Jacky manages it to perfection.

lotus BLANC is located outside of the main town in a quiet location and a tuk tuk to Pub street was USD$2 each way - great way to travel . We stayed 8 nights and loved everything about this property . Great staff , quiet location delicious breakfast and fabulous rooms . We are definitely going back. Special thanks to Nak who looked after us in the hotel and Mr O our tuk tuk driver.

The staff was very friendly and solicitous, constantly checking to see if we were happy. The rooms were impeccable, and room service replaced towels and amenities in the morning and in the evening. The food in both the hotel restaurants as well as room service and breakfast was wonderful, although it was sometimes hard to find vegetarian options. A consierge was always available to address every need, and, if a service was provided in the hotel, would often escort us to where we needed to go. The airport pickup and drop off was free and very efficient and dependable. Our only disappointment was booking a pretty amateur Apsara dancer performance through the hotel. But, that wouldn’t keep us from staying there again.

カンボジアのアンコールワットへの旅行で利用しました。空港送迎もあり、また外出時はトゥクトゥクも呼んでくださるのでとても便利でした。 夕食の場所を悩んでいたところ、スタッフの方がオススメのお店を教えてくださりとても助かりました(そこがまた大正解の美味しさで)。１つ難点を言うならば、壁が薄いのか他のお客様のマナーなのか話し声が部屋に聞こえてきて目を覚ますことが何度かあったこと、繁華街のパブストリートまで少し遠いことでしょうか(トゥクトゥクで10分ほどですが)。朝食も美味しかったですし、全体的には満足です。

The resort was beautiful. Nicely decorated with nice grounds and pool. The room was comfortable but is a bit dark due to the dark wood panels used as black out curtains and limited the amount of window/glass area. Service on Privilege floor was superb. The staff was fantastic, very helpful and accommodating especially our service rep Kanika. The location is not in town center but a short 10min ride on tut tut. Couple items I would recommend changing to improve the experience. One is improve lighting in the hallway and room. Two is clean the pool water more regularly. It was a little cloudy on the days that we were there. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Lotus Blanc Privilege floor very much and would recommend it.
