The staff was amazing but on Sunday there was only 1 employee running between City Express and City Express Suites. There was no food prepared on Sunday. It was difficult to get transportation and no food delivery. This should be in the description. There was no one to drive the shuttles. The hotel had to pay an Uber to get to the airport. There was no phone available in the room.

I reserved this hotel because it advertised shuttle service to airport but when I got there I was told that they were not offering this service. AC unit was not working in the room and I was told someone would come to check it out. After waiting for over 20 minutes nobody showed up so I had to go down to ask about it again. I was transferred to another room, only to find out that the refrigerator was not working on that one. There was a lot of noise from other rooms and had to complain to staff in person and by phone. Staff was not helpful and basically told me to put up with all of it.

Three hotel was perfect for catching an early flight and the price was fair. The reason for the bad review is that there was basically nothing in the room that you would just expect to be available. There was no remote for the TV (had to call twice for it), no towels in the restroom, there was an ironing board but no iron (called for it and never got it). Also, the description said there was room service but it’s really just you having to look up some service and asking for delivery from the restaurants in the area. The water pressure on the sink was crazy, if you open it just regular it will splash all over you because it comes out with so much pressure. But on the other hand the water pressure in the shower is great. The airport is 5 minutes away.

The hotel was super clean and very close to the airport. The reason why I wasn’t happy at my stay is because I booked through Expedia 2 weeks prior to my visit. When I arrived, the staff couldn’t find my reservation even when I had my confirmation email. They said they couldn’t find me and the only way I was able to stay was by paying for the night 3 times more than what I paid through Expedia. Since I was super tired and it was kinda late, I decided to pay but I feel like they were just taking advantage of the situation to get money from me. I am currently trying to fix this issue with Expedia, hoping I can get my money back.

The room was clean and very close to airport. The only disappointment for me was that, hotel is under some construction/remodeling and that was never mentioned to. The reception/check in area was in the hallway not my liking at all.

They advertise free airport shuttle. Nope! Check the details. Under remodeling, and walls are very thin. Staff was friendly, but had to change room 3 times because the ac didn’t work in first two rooms

Supposed to have an airport shuttle until 10pm but it apparently wasn’t available even though it was 9:30pm and the shuttle was parked by the hotel. Hot room and the AC was not working!! If your room is by the elevator, then good luck to sleep because the noise will drive your crazy all night.

Hotel was being remodelled, first room we got the Wi-Fi didn't work and AC controller was not setup. Staff moved us to another room and the now the AC didn't work. We just stayed there. All the hotel was being remodelled.

Great service! First room a bit noisy and smelly. Just a quick call down to front desk and I was reassigned. New room was very comfortable. Decent pressure in shower. Breakfast was decent.
