Hilton Los Angeles/Universal City
10/10 Excellent
"I had a wonderful stay at the Hilton Universal! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located, making it an excellent choice for visiting Universal Studios and exploring the surrounding area. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my stay, which made the experience even more enjoyable. My room was comfortable and well-maintained, and I especially appreciated how easy it was to get to Universal Studios. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was pleasant and relaxing after a busy day. I would definitely recommend the Hilton Universal to anyone looking for a convenient, comfortable, and welcoming place to stay. I had a great experience and would happily stay here again!"

"We were very happy with this establishment. First timers, wanted to try a new place. Easy to get to, friendly staff, especially Athena; front desk supervisor! Breakfast was decent, the pool and hot tub were very good too!! We would definitely return on another trip!"

The Garland

"Great hotel on the whole. Lovely pool area and amenities but the rooms were not quite as impressive. We unfortunately got a room on the side of the freeway and the noise was quite loud, which did dampen our enjoyment and we couldn’t really sit out on the balcony. I also put some swimwear out on the chairs on the balcony and received a pretty patronising letter about “ruining the aesthetic”, the message printed on the door just said not to hang on the rails so they might want to make the rule clearer rather than telling people off afterwards. These rooms had a literal view of the car park and freeway so not sure what aesthetic I was ruining."
