"Room was clean and staff helpful and really friendly.
Infinity pool was amazing-especially at night overlooking the city.
Only thing that would have made it perfect is if there were complimentary tea/coffee to go with kettle provided."

"Rooms are dirty, plastering fallen off the ceiling, moldy bathroom. The cleaning is terrible, 4 staff, one empty the bin, one change the towel, one flush the toilet didn't even clean it and no vacuum done once when we stayed for 1 week. It took them 5 mins to complete a 2 bedrooms apartment. The aircon stop working and ice accumulated and the repairmen had to chopped off ice and full of mold came off from the aircon. There is no washing detergent and no sponge provided and it's supposed to be...

"Great breakfast options for the price. They stocked up water bottles and towels on our 2nd day which was nice. The only unpleasant thing was the water pressure is quite low."

We stayed for 4D3N from 2/9/ till 5/9/2012 in a two bedroom apartment.
After reading lots of mixed reviews, we were prepared for the worse. But we were very pleased and surpise. The apartment was spacious. One bed room with Queen size bed and the other with two singles bed. We request for baby cot and its complimentary and no extra charge for it. I was impressed that they even have washer dryer and washing machine. Fully well equipped kitchen too. Will definitely come again to this hotel in the...

It’s very close to the Waterfront, clustered among other hotels. Walking distance to nearby food areas, and other streets. I spend most of the time in Kuching walking from the hotel, and really loved the location. Only thing I’d like to highlight is that the hotel is situated on a slope, so for some people it may be inconvenient, it wasn’t an issue for me. After a good meal at the Waterfront, walking back to the hotel sure helps. Overall, I really had no issues with the hotel and it’s...

Hotel's ground floor is nice, simple & with the unique lift.
However, there's ants on the walls, not sure why. Stayed for one night.
- Location is great as it's near the famous Night Market & a supermarket next door.
- A nice cosy coffee shop nearby.
