"Great staff and clean amenities. Pools are small but nice. Not enough lounges for amount of guests. Unfortunately our booking didn’t include breakfast so had to pay. Better facilities at other hotels but still ok."

"Check-in was a breeze, we arrived early and said we would go have a coffee and could we just leave our bags. The staff tagged them up and we were just about to head out and was informed our room was ready. The room was clean well maintained and Huge. The staff were so helpful with any enquires and breakfast was better than most other places we stay at."

"Lovely location in Sanur by the beach and great staff. The room was super clean but smaller than expected for delux booking. The small area to sit out was not so relaxing as not private to passers by. The breakfast was very busy but I think this was because renovations were taking place when we visited. The pool was lovely but not always easy to get a spot."
