"Park outside the reception, check in and only then can you get the key code to enter the cavernous underground carpark! The aircon only goes down to 20 degrees C but that was cool enough. The mattress was quite firm which didn’t offer a good nights sleep but that’s me. Breakfast was adequate but no kettle or tea/coffee in the room. You can but a cuppa for £2.75 and pick up a choccy bar for £2 from the various vending machines."

"It was a terrible stay , would not go back there . They literally do not have amenities , just capitalising on the area where they are . Room wasn’t cleaned until 3 days after , no kettle or tea in the room . No intercom, no complimentary water , no mini fridge , literally nothing - just a bed and bath and the bed was not even comfortable, gave me back pain. Please avoid at all cost. "

"I was not allowed to stay in the room I had paid for because they have none of my details on their system, they said it does not matter if I have my confirmation details and I was told to leave, leaving me stranded in London for 9 hours "

"Room clean, check-in quick. Used again as a stop over in Kent before crossing into France and perfect for this."
