"My Room wasn't cleaned and I was told sorry we didn't have any staff to clean your room today, and they only cleaned it the next day because I complained, but didn't clean it for the rest of the stay. Came home with several insect bites on my arms and ankles."

"It's a nice room but honestly not a lot for the price. We had a huge room with two beds and a rolling chair. No other chair or couch. The staff also wasn't very welcoming and the restaurant doesn't have much options. It was nice being close to the mall and restaurants walking distance."

"At $250 per room per night, expectations are set higher than average to match the price. We reserved two rooms with a pull out couch. Both rooms were clean, as expected. That is where the positive review ends. Water pressure is terrible. While I never expect a sleeper sofa to feel like a bed, the mattresses were so flat, and the metal frame so loud, that any movement kept everyone awake. In one room, the A/C wasn’t working so I called “0”, then the front desk button, and even the housekeeping button. No one ever answered any of those calls from the internal line. So I called the hotel landline from my cell phone from the room and someone finally picked up. It was clear the person at the front desk had walked MANY guests through the hassle of resetting the A/C unit to get it running. Breakfast was horrendous. A few slices of greasy bacon, wet eggs, flimsy paper plates with cheap plastic forks in the one of three utensil bins that was actually stocked. A few bagels, hard scones, Some cereal. A pot of oatmeal with available toppings. Some hard boiled eggs. No muffins, pancakes, waffles. Definitely not a “buffet”. Every surface was a mess managed by an employee who clearly hates her job, was rude when spoken to, and kept her headphones in to tune requests out. She should be retrained or fired. Guests complained to the front desk and amongst each other in the elevator. I can forgive the poor food options, but she is a disastrous final impression for our stay."

"The best things I can say about our stay was that the room was clean, how IHOP/Applebee's were attached and the proximityto American Family Field. Problems: Room #1: broken door strike plate was busted like someone kicked in the door. Room #2: no broken strike plate, but remote didnt work except to change channels, vanity light didnt work, and the USB chargers had only 1 or 2 that worked. * No Pool 'unfortunately' so no hot tub. * Internet 'can be spotty' - nope - 95%non-existent. * Could not connect my phone or iPad at all. * Not one of the hand sanitizer stations worked. * Ice machine was not working (although- not sure that was a bad thing) Would not recommend."
