"I’ve stayed here many times without incident . This time the bathroom sink was clogged and after several complaints they never addressed it until the morning I was leaving . However the manager compensated for a one night stay … for that reason alone I will return to the property ."

"This hotel is right next to Lincoln Center and a block from Central Park. There is a Mexican restaurant in the hotel and a gelato shop as well as a Starbucks around the corner. It’s an easy walk to Times Square. The hotel room had a refrigerator but no coffee maker. The pool is on the roof and although small was a nice perk for the hot summer. The pool doesn’t open until 11 and would be much nicer if it opened in the morning so people with business could utilize it in the day. Overall it’s a great hotel and if they re able to keep the rates down it will be a go to. Staff was friendly and there is a bag check."
