Blame the owner, not the staff! How can they give the staff responsibilities that they dont have trayning for?
Restaurant is terrible, some examples:
They serve same sauce to everything, kitchen just have 1 sauce, happends to be EXACTLY the same as the hamburgerbar outside.
They cook French Fries instead of heating up the oil enough. It was soaking of oil and served with the sauce above...
No te for breakfast, no bread for breakfast, just rice and one egg. Will not continue but i could go on....
Pool... dirty...a man started to clean day one, stopped after ten minutes, left the cleaning things in the pool and went away. We didnt see him anymore during our 3 day stay.
Room cleaning......no.
Wi-FI.... of course not working
Staff gives you the feelings that you are not welcome.
One boy was working, a young guy who was in the reception, in the restaurant, cleaning the area and so on, the rest of the staff was a joke.
Girls in restaurant..... the women who seemed to be maneger..... the man with his Cooks in the garden...... poolkeeper......
Give them trayning or close down!
Ok, are we old, grumsy and are looking for 5 Star service? No, we are a very travel experienced family that are used to almost anything. This time on a 8 week Asia tour.
And by the way, why do you have signs everywhere? Dont go on the Grass, Leave shoes, Privat area, Clean up etc. etc?
It really makes the guests feel not welcome!
