"Very nice hotel in a great location. We were close enough to walk to most things. Close to get the boat to Alcatraz. Close to fisherman's wharf and all the great restaurants and shops. Close to 1st stop of the hop on hop off bus. Internet could have been a little faster but worked ok. Included breakfast in the morning was very good with plenty of selections. I would stay here again when back in San Fran."

"Room was pleasant and had a nice view of the city. The location was great too. Right in the heart or Chinatown. Very walkable to explore the many shops and restaurants. If you are booking a Big Bus tour, that is also only a short 5 minute walk to the nearest stop located in el Embarcadero. Short walk to the cable car as well. This was my second stay here and I would definitely recommend. "

"This is a smaller boutique hotel with all the amenities you need and an outstanding location! The staff was great in the hotel and at Perry's across the hall. We had a great time walking through all the shops at the ferry terminal and strolled through the financial district and Union Square. Our view of the Bay Bridge was amazing and we'll definitely be back. "

"I would highly recommend this Hyatt to anyone staying in the downtown China basin park area in SF. So many cool features to explore from the great aura of the fireplaces outside (close at 11pm) to the roof top on the 9th floor with beautiful succulents and views of the 2nd street bridge. "
