Reception was just as impressive—warm, welcoming, and always helpful. The entire staff truly made our experience unforgettable. This hotel gets a 10 out of 10 from us. "I can’t fault this hotel or its staff. Having read previous reviews that stated about issues with the lighting systems in rooms I was slightly worried. However, we had no such issues and found our room to be extremely comfortable and the lighting easy to navigate. I would like to thank the staff for their attentiveness after my daughter injured her knee in the hotel lobby. They showed concern and gave her ice to help with the swelling. In the following days they checked on her well being. This was very much appreciated."

"Everything was excellent, the only small constructive criticism was the standard of breakfast eg just ordering a simple omelette or pancakes was an additional cost. For a five star hotel would have expected this as a standard option. "

"Quiet and beautiful location, but a 15/20min walk to centre of Sorrento. Cannot praise Marcos enough. Always a warm welcome and a wealth of advice and recommendations. My most endearing memory is ordering a gin and tonic, and Marcos picking a lemon from the tree in the front of the hotel for my drink. "

"If you want to stay right near the water and the ports, this is the place to be. Cool at night (no AC in the rooms) and conveniently located near the water and excellent restaurants. However, if you are going between the hotel and the downtown area, there is a big hill to climb with lots of stairs. There is an elevator, but a small walk to get there. The hotel was clean, the breakfast in the morning provided options and the rooftop bar was my favorite place."
