"We will never stay here again! There were termites in our room on our pillows so we complained to the office and manager! We never received a refund which they said we would! We also referred friends to stay there with us at this time who will never return to the hotel either experiencing what we went through!!!! The staff was very rude and unfriendly not accommodating to the situation, try to reach out several times to get refunded!!!!! Guess we’re complaining about the rooms not having AC when the temperature outside was 85!!! Never again was an embarrassment to all of us on school vacation "
