"Joe the manager was a delight, as was every other staff member we encountered! My bf and I stayed 5 days/4 nights for his birthday in a room with a city view and got coffee and pastries at the hotel cafe every morning before heading out to explore. The location was perfect and about a 5-10 min walk to multiple train stations which made getting around a breeze. We loved The Row and would definitely stay there again! "

"I didn’t like that they charge me $35 every night for supposedly credit towards breakfast that cost $47 per person a glass of wine for $17 etc to force us to buy from the hotel. Terrible"

"Hotel was clean and staff was amazing. Had an issue with our shower door not opening and they had it fixed as quickly as possible. Every member of the staff was amazing and helpful. Rooms were nice and cleaned well every day, Breakfast was a good plus and the coffee was spot on!"
