"Needed a place close to the train station and this waa. Although an older establishment the room was clean. The light over the sink needs some attention but it didn't keep us from using the bath area. "

"We stayed in a recently refurbished room and were very comfortable. Great view of the mountain. Shuttle from the Coastal Classic train to the hotel worked very well. We enjoyed a casual meal in aBar as well as a tasty brunch in the Tramline Cafe. My husband found the Nordic Spa to be excellent. The restaurant at the top of the tram had wonderful views but was pricey. Overall a very enjoyable stay."

"Rooms are in good condition. The hotel is really close to the Kenai Fjord tour harbor so it’s convenient to stay for a night and attend the fjord tour in the early morning. "
