"Breakfast was good. Pool was okay, the pool deck had garbage on it and the washroom in the pool area was gross and in poor condition. The staff was lovely though and quite helpful. "

"The hotel was on the newer side which was nice. It was clean. I was a little disappointed for the amount I spent and the customer service. I called a head for a late check out a couple of days in advance. When I checked in it was never noted. They asked me who I spoke to. I was able to get it . I had one used roll of toilet paper which was gone by morning. I ran out in the morning and told the front desk they said they would have it in the room when I returned. It wasn’t they . I had to find a maid to get some. There was not a single complimentary water bottle in the refrigerator. I know these are little things but I feel like these are standard things. "

"Had an absolutely fantastic stay at SpringHill Suites by Marriott Frederick! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome—friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed, with a super comfortable bed and a cozy seating area that made it easy to relax after a nearly 1,000 mile long drive. I especially appreciated the little touches—plenty of outlets, great lighting, and a well-laid-out workspace. Overall, this was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a while. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Frederick area!"

"Breakfast was ok but cups for juice or water were tiny. Staff was great!!! Parking good. It was challenge to get into the lot except from one direction. "
