"Unsupervised children and teens were running the length of the 4th floor, screaming and shrieking after 10 pm. I had asked them once before to stop this behavior as we were travelers needing rest. I now got dressed and went to the front desk, passing a group of people drinking beer in the hall way, when I arrived Angelique waited on me, I explained the nature of the disturbance. She said I was disrespecting her because she was busy training a new person on the front desk. I went back to bed, the ruckus died down around 12 midnight except for slamming doors and talking in the hall. The following morning the #2 elevator and the 4th floor hallway smelled of weed. I asked a staff member about the decline in the hotel since my stay last year, she referred to the "transients and druggies" who frequent the hotel currently. Book this stay at your own risk. I'm done with the Country Inn and Suites by Raddison in Hagerstown MD."

"Breakfast was not so good they should have stayed with the basic Breakfast, bacon, eggs and sausage. Everything else was good. "

"The pool was a LOT smaller than anticipated. Literally only 6 ft wide. The shower walls were not wiped down and someone else’s hair was all over them. My daughter also got bit by bugs during the night which I suspect were bed bugs so never going back there. "

"This hotel was the scariest hotel I have ever entered. We did not stay. The stench of urine started the uncleanliness of the hotel. Dogs, a lot of dogs. Dirty, everywhere. People yelling. "

"The hotel caused me to use my inhaler spray ( asthma)The hallways have decoders in all the outlets. My luggage and clothing smell. It comes into the rooms . The outlet don’t work to charge devices. The TV doesn’t work and the maintenance man didn’t know how to program it. The floors are sticky. If it wasn’t this late I would try another hotel. There is no one at the front desk. A tv comes on with someone off site, that can’t do anything. But said check in the morning with the manager. It’s just after 7 pm. I’ll check with the manager in the morning about being compensated something."
