"My daughter who is 25 ended up stranded while flying cross-country and missed the last connection to Oakland CA. Due to the delay being because of weather, and my daughter not being a regular traveler, the airline offered nothing in compensation. I was able to book the hotel and reserve it for her. They sent a shuttle to pick her up from the airport and got her settled in within half an hour, making the end of her day much less stressful than the beginning. She had a nice, quiet, non-smoking room and was able to snuggle in for the night. They also made sure to get her back to the airport for her early morning flight. Thank you for rescuing my wayward family."

"Nice comfortable, clean resort. Nothing fancy yet actually affordable. Love you don't have to pay to use valet. Great to be able to escape the prices and congestion of the strip. Decent restaurants reasonable prices. Convenient to be there with the horses for the Run for a Million. Great equine facilities!! "
