"Very disappointed with our stay. Self check-in took ages as we had two rooms under one booking and it wasn’t clear what the second booking reference was. My passport didn’t scan either, so we had to get help from two different people. Felt very impersonal. No fridge or coffee maker in the room and aircon unit made a loud noise every time the fan switched off. Peeling paint in bathroom and the room just felt dated. It was fairly inexpensive but resort fees bump up the cost significantly. The Essentials 24/7 shop very overpriced. The Pyramid cafe and Diablo’s Cantina were pretty good."

"There’s no parking valet, no luggage valet. Just leave all your stuff unattended and go in and take ten minutes to check out a luggage cart and then have to either leave your vehicle blocking the drop off line or leave your luggage unattended while you try to find a parking spot. Then when you finally try to check in it’s really confusing having to go to different kiosk with no instructions. Then good luck with the elevator system and trying to find your room with no directions. Then when you get to your room you find out there’s no refrigerator so you have to go through the trouble with the elevator system to go back to the lobby to pay $6.18 for a 20oz drink that’s gonna be warm before you get back to your room. Try not to inhale on your way down the hallway either because there’s enough weed smoke to supply a Willie Nelson concert. Motel 6 would be a better choice than this place!"

"$16 for coffee in room. Not allowed to store anything in fridge as it was only for guests to purchase high-priced items. I’ve never stayed at a hotel that didn’t provide free coffee in the room. Very disappointing. "

"Our room had a weird smell to it.. I believe it was a pet room? Just odd smell.. but we were so exhausted it didn't matter.. left next morning. Breakfast was the usual things for a hotel breakfast. Desk person was very nice."
