"We've been to this property many times however there were a few snags with this trip. We asked if a playpen was available via email and phone call. We were told we would be called the day before to be informed if we could have one - they never communicated with us. Our cottage (43) also had terrible water pressure. There was zero water coming out of the top floor bathrooms sink, and the bath trickled water - so it took 45 minutes to fill it if you wanted to use it. I informed management via...

"Beautiful location, and very friendly staff. We stayed in the main resort (King bed room on 2nd floor), had a great time, and would definitely return. That being said, so that expectations are met, the resort is on a gulf island which comes with some rustic elements and perhaps a bit more laid back approach to overall management. They appear to be dealing with some staffing issues, and so you might not see the same attention to detail that you would be familiar with at other boutique resorts....
