"If you are looking for bare bones, clean, safe place to sleep- this is it. There is someone to greet you, but otherwise it’s an unmanned hotel. You get a code to get in and out, no room keys. The only amenities is a beach chair with your room, you still have to pay for an umbrella, but for the price of the room based off location alone it’s perfect. The hotel is a 2 minute walk from the beach, coffee next door, beautiful dinner and bar 1 space and 2 spaces down. We will absolutely return, and would stay at other casa properties. "

"Great location. Lots of dining and shops within walkable distance. The room was clean but with a 3 night stay I did not receive maid service one time. The refrigerator did not stay on for more than 4 hours. The staff was very friendly and helpful. "

"Location is excellent. 200 yard walk to beach. Property is older but is kept nice. Bathrooms are small and room is a little antiquated. I would stay again though due to the location "

"The staff, when we could locate them (not always manning the desk) were great. Especially the man who helped check us in. He was lovely. Hotel nice, but warning that it is loud until 2am or later. We were right àbove restaurant and noise from dishes, kitchen horrible until early morning. Otherwise, à Great hotel and location. It is very quiet in the morning though. So if you plan to be up late and sleep in. À good choice. "

"The location of this hotel was top notch being within a 10 min walk to main miami beach and South pointe Park. Art deco district and smaller convenience stores are all within walking distance.The staff were quick to repond and incredibly friendly. The hotel was easy to check in and check out. Parking is located within 2 block walk and can be reserved ahead of time with staff. If you're looking for a no frills and convenient hotel at an affordable price this is the place to go in Miami Beach."
