"The room was clean and tidy. The view of Universal parks was accurate, and we were in the south tower so we were closer, but the park is barely noticeable at night, so it didn’t make a big difference. We stayed with two nine year old boys and the walk to the parks was very nice. It was about a 2km walk and it took us 20 minutes. We originally thought the walking would save us time and money but the hotel charges 34 USD for parking, so we only saved a couple of dollars when compared to parking at Universal. The pool was great. Lots of dining options on site as well which helped us out with dinner on our last night. "

"Toilet had issues to flush, room was average, every vending machine was out of water the 3 days we were there. "

"The property was old dinghy in need of repair and had a very bad smell. We checked in went to the rooms and left immediately. This place is horrible!"
