"Fantastic hotel with even more fantastic staff. "

"We had a King 2 bedroom suite, the room was comfortable, but the living room and bathroom floors were super filthy! Had to request for cleaning after we checked in. There's construction on site and we were not told about at check in. We had a room that was right next to the instruction and they start work at 7am EVERY morning! We were enjoying pool time and they had to evacuate everyone out of the pool for 30 minutes because it was too crowded! "The reason why I didn’t rate it higher was due to 100 teenagers running in the hall ways. "

"Staff were on standby for any assistance if needed and the property is well secured. "

"The windows are so thin you can hear everything happening outside even people walking by. The door locking mechanism was so loose. The family didn’t feel safe even with the safety latch engaged. The prices from the snack shop are more than the airport or a luxury hotel in New York City. But I feel the price reflect the condition."

"The property was good, but the suite lacked some details that could’ve made the stay easier (I.e. swimsuit drying lines, robe hooks in bathrooms). The rooms were minimally stocked but housekeeping brought the requested items quickly. Waterpark was great for the family, kids enjoyed the pool and slides. We only ate onsite at the waterpark restaurant, was decent and drinks were strong!"

"Room was clean but maid service never came to my room on the first day after we arrived. Had to reuse wet towels. Television channels were impossible to figure out, it annoyed me all trip. Bed was not comfortable, but I do have a bad back. I’m not saying the place was bad.., but it wasn’t great either. "
