"Everything about our stay was great. The suite was very clean and the park shuttle service was super convenient. It felt safe so we didn’t worry about a thing while there. It wasn’t the most quiet room, but that’s kind of expected when visiting a family destination like this one. Overall we had a blast and would stay again in a heartbeat. "

"Honestly, I think you’re better off just going to Super.com and looking for a hotel in Orlando for the dates you need. This place is fine, I guess, but there’s really nothing outstanding about it. They have a pool, but plenty of other hotels have pools too, and there’s nothing special about this one. The best thing about the hotel is probably the shuttle service to the parks. Other than that, the food there is not very good, and even the staff who are supposed to help with park tickets seem pretty mid in the quality of service they provide. They also do not do a good job of breaking down the cost. They give you one price, and then you end up getting charged something different. It just feels like they do not really care about being clear or upfront. Overall, I feel like I could have done better than Dockside."
