"The hotel was clean, but the furniture was peeling and chipping. While at the property they did not bring us clean towels and we had to ask for them. You could tell the hotel was pet friendly because the room smelled of dogs. When we checked out the person at the desk never said thank you for staying with us etc..and we had to ask for a receipt."

"This was by far the worst night I have had staying in any hotel or motel. I would advise any traveler to choose somewhere else to stay. The place is dirty and run down, the room had bugs running around every surface, the biggest concern was that room keys opened more rooms than just the assigned room. Finally my door lock would not allow me to enter my room without a very strong push/shoulder into the door. I will say the staff were friendly and tried to help but the motel is run down and not cared for. Also the clients of the motel are questionable. I will not ever stay at Red Roof run property and I would advise that you do not either."

"GROSS—highly do not recommend. The only positives were the friendly woman at check-in and the location. Beyond the lobby, the hotel smells awful—a mix of marijuana, dogs, and urine. The room itself was filthy. I honestly wanted to turn around and leave, but after a 10-hour flight and a 3-hour drive, we were too exhausted to go elsewhere. I usually check reviews before booking, but this time we didn’t since we were traveling—and that was a mistake. Complementary breakfast, coffee.. no cream, oatmeal packets and hot water. The moment we opened the door to our room we knew it was bad. All countertops dirty, mirror filthy. There were cigarette burns in the sheets, and the bathroom felt unsafe—I didn’t even shower because the ceramic tub was peeling and looked like it could cut your foot. The pictures speak for themselves."
